Jizzy Doom is soy, LZDoom is better for performance, especially if you have a terrible PC, but only very few mods don't run on it, that's the only downside
Ok, I just have one more question, can you play with multiple mods like in other games, so can I run the mod I have (Brutal doom) with the mod you used in this example? LAST QUESTION
Yes, AFAIK you can layer mods over other mods fairly easily but like with Bethesda games you have to load them properly - and there are launchers that will load wads etc. for you. Or you can just checkmark the mods you want to launch and just drag them onto the gzdoom exe to launch them and that *usually* will work OK. I saw a video on Brutal Doom a few months ago and the guy had a HUD mod a texture and lighting mod, a sound mod and at least 3 or 4 others running under Brutal Doom. So, it's simple, but you also just have to pay attention of versions and drag and drop pk3 or wad files. That's about the simplest way of doing it other than using a launcher.
The reason why LZDoom runs "faster" is mostly because it uses OpenGL 2 instead of OpenGL 3 that GZDoom uses. So, it's compatible with older hardware and will still run most mods etc.

LZdoom is much better imo. Runs way faster, compatible with nearly every GZdoom mod. There are like two mods I've downloaded that LZ couldn't run.
