I am soooo happy for you. My husband made it a norm that during Easter and December we travel the SADEC with our 2 kids. It was worth it. My daughter (last born) was 2 when we started this camping through Africa. She is 20 now and we are still at it. It is so educational, life skills, eco tourism, survival, negotiation skills, experience different geographies, food, culture, language, survival methods, economics, ecosystems.
    I could share so much.
I am so proud of you. Enjoy everything about this trip ❤️ 😍

I love you so much Yolz shame. I did not want this vlog to end. it gets juicer with every episode mntakabawo but I am really glad that uThixo uhamba nani and may he continue to protect you guys on this trip. ndiyayisaba that part of Africa. the colonizers really left a mess in most of these African countries, hence they are struggling to develop kahle, those can not be the roads that people must drive on. may we never take it for granted how privilege we are in South Africa. but this vlog is making me consider going to Zimbabwe, I did not know how close it was to Zambia. I am looking forward to the next countries.

Thank you for sharing the Zambia experience, looks truly natural. I thought Botswana vlog willl be my fav for obvious reasons, I am a Motswana. I must say, I was wrong as the content keeps on getting better. This is by far my favourite episode, the adventure of it all, the uncertainity, I love how you guys kept calm and hope alive.

My father was a soldier, he served 4 months on that bridge in the 1960's, They controlled the trains that crossed the bridge every day, there was a literal red panted line in the middle of the bridge which they could not cross, they would stand there and talk to the Zambian Guards as if there was no war at all, so funny how wars sometimes never filter down to the people who are just doing a job, so Funny! With all the problems you just think of one thing, Thank G@D we live is SA.

Does your husband do all the driving?
As someone who also travels a lot, by road with my husband I know what long hours of driving across borders can do to the body. My husband and I take turns to drive, so far I haven't seen you driving...hope you also drive.....and give him a break as well.

It was such a funny feeling to feel safe. I eventually got used to it and thank God that I was able to experience that feeling and could feel truly safe for a few days. I prayed an extra pray for Zimbabwe and it's people especially those who suffer through hardship.
