- This is the ending scene from Season 3, Episode 23. Ryan fights Volchok in probably one of the best fighting scenes in the series. I recorded this to test out the sound and picture quality of Zd Soft, a screen video capturing software. It is a trial version, which is why there is a white box at the top left of the screen.

The most anticipated fight of this entire show. It did not disappoint.
i love how Ryan uses his experience from the final fight in Season 2 to pull the game-ending reversal move here.
Yea, spot on. This guys have no technique but they are tough as nails. The fights are too prolonged tho, 1 min max per fight.
Yep after his brother almost blungeoned him with a phone he learned
@Tim Jones what I find even more funny is how Volchok calls himself a bad boy but when faced with a real bad boy (Ryan) he either wimps out or gets his ass kicked.
what would have been cool is if they showed a flashback of trey grabbing the phone and getting to hit ryan, then cuts back to ryan making the reversal, any thoughts?
Nice catch, I never noticed that
Volchok don’t realize whenever you bring up Marissa Ryan gets a damage boost 😭
holy fuck the way Taylor was screaming like someone is getting murdered
It amazes me how a teen drama has such a great fight scene.
I used to clown my boy for watching this show when it came out. Then he told me “dude, this guy gets into a fight in like every episode, you’d fuckin love it.” 😂😂😂 he was right.
Season 2 and 4 was when Ryan hsrdly got into fights. Season 1 was mad literally fights per episode
You should watch kobra kai
It was great show. Trust me I learned a lot during the years only from this one.
Ryan... NEVER BACK DOWN!!!
This guy sure knows how to push Ryan’s buttons
Volchok is supposed to represent who Ryan could of become without proper guidance.
according to who? they have no similarities whatsover
Nah, Ryan would never force himself on a girl.
ryan would never be that bad. he was always the good kid in his family, as his mother mentioned. plus ryan was super protective of all the girls he dated.
@@gm.8805 ryan was only hot headed but no that level of psychopathy
He reminded Ryan of Trey
Nostalgia watching this! What a show
But Dave Warner would always kick Michael Clarke's ass = this was unrealistic
I love you forever Ryan atwood
That last punch 😤
when volcheck talks about anything but Marissa:
bring up marissa:
ryan:beats the shit out of him
all he has to say is say anything about marissa and ryan gets protective bc that’s the love of his life ugh
My heart
Literally anytime he fights on gets insanely mad is when Marissa is in danger or people bring up her name as a threat.
I'm still convinced it was Ryan he really wanted and not Marissa.
Volcuck 🏳️🌈
ive seen this dude in never back down, he can actually blue and ryan is a typical brawler... we all know whod win here.. but ryans character is a fucken legend.. OC is the shizzle btw
I've seen many brawlers beat trained fighters. In street fights. Because they're unorthodox and fight without rules. The longer the fights go the more they favor the trained fighter but I work in a bar. Fights don't last a 5 minute rd.
Fucking love that song "all of you- syd matters"
Setting Cam up for Ryan in Never Back Down
Absolutely epic
I would of done the same as Ryan if it involved a loved one I care about
I was disappointed that Ryan's face didn't look as beat up as it should have in the next episode. He gave Volchek what for but he also got punched pretty good. Should have been a black eye, cuts and bruises. 🤷♀️
Volchok was the king but oliver was the real genius, used to love oc
Phantom of the megaplex
I like this fight scene 🔥💪🏽👌🏽👍🏾
Volchock can fight but ryan is hard as fuck he's had beat downs from Luke's gang his dad his brother johnnys dad and his mates. If you want to beat ryan your going to have to kill him
Ryan only really lost 4 fights in this whole show. Against his Mums bf in the first episode. The kid from Juvie, although the guards pulled them away, Ryan was clearly at a disadvantage. Eddie, his friends husband.. And lastly against his own brother… everybody else got bodied by Ryan 😂
true, we cant count his fights against luke because he was gang assaulted, in their 1st fight on the beach luke friends saw him losing( ryan put him down in a punch) and they intervened and in the house fight those 3 attacked him
@@guzmanfel exactly, hence why I didn’t count them, but it was clear Ryan could take Luke 1v1
@@spslayer9113 probably luke had fear or was intimidated by ryan that times, think about it, a jock rich kid used to punch weaker boys against a tough suburban poor kid raised in a troublesome neighborhood who never gave a sh** about him ,even you can see that ryan was used to streetfights by seeing his "fighting style" ( cheapshots, takedowns, headbutts, sucker punches) during the house fight fire we saw that, 1st ryan knee him on the groin and then a headbutt, ryan was a tough guy and he just won because his 2 friends, ryan clearly was better fighter in a 1 on 1, ryan would had win almost every fight
Eddie jumped his ass I don’t know about that.
@@AstroSully yeah, that guy never let ryan raise his hands
after 2 and a half years of restraint Ryan was a powderkeg, you were never gonna win that fight
Biggest rivals!
Second best fight IMO. Nothing tops Ryan/Trey from the end of Season 2.
Agreed
Ryan rung his f*ckin bell here
I remember this scene where he beat him to death with a phone lol
@JJvGBeats i love it! i just like villians in shows/films sometimes! especially cool ones like Volchok! and Ryan was pretty annoying sometimes in series 3 and 4 going around trying to solve everyones problems like the big man of the town lol
Which pixel is Ryan?
Ninja moves? What like a couple of knees and being chucked about?
theresas paarts pisss me offf lol
Cohen walked in
Chino and walked out
HE gets hes ass kicked in this and that AHAHAH!
Volchok was the worst villain of the series, Luke was not as sucker, trey had its good side, and Oliver was just a crazy
I agree but don't forget Eddie...
Luke would kick volchoks ass
@@DjSice lmao Luke couldnt even kick Donnie's ass
Atleast Oliver was smart and made the plot somewhat interesting. Volcuck was a pest. Bro even shat his pants when he tried to get Ryan to come and fight him the first time 💀
@@Therockster12Donnie is like 5 times crazier than Volchek.
atwood of courseeee
@RazzaBeeDaSilva Lol Ryan was playing with that fool, notice how when Ryan thought he was in danger he super saiyan on volchok. Only six shoots to the face and volchok called it a night.
they are the same god damn
What's the name of the song at the end of the fight ?
Quite late but It's the end credits music by Richard Marvin not sure of the name.
duhhh.... you rip him apart and set the pieces of fire
Wow I didn't Know Paul Walker was on the OC.
DAMN😱👑👑👑👑👑👑
@RazzaBeeDaSilva I actually know what you mean lol maybe a stupid example but when I was young I always wanted that team rocket won in pokemon lol
Ok but is this the Gossip Girl loft that the Humphrey’s lived in?
Josh Schwartz created both shows.
Ryan has a heavier hand 🥊
I can't believe Michael Clarke kicked Dave Warner's ass.... Should have got Shane Watson ( Luke) in there too....
you're crazy! atwood is a babe
@RazzaBeeDaSilva you obviously dont have love for the OC
@JJvGBeats hahaa classic
How did ryan become so violent, the oc failed to explain this, he is so violent throughout whether he is beating up volchok or being jealous over a guy talking to marissa
what do you mean the oc never explained that?? they did serveral times! He grew up being beaten by his father when he would get drunk, then he would also get bashed by his mothers boyfriends as he explained many times (especially about how a normal christmas for him included his mum getting drunk and his step dads kicking his ass). Secondly, he grew up in a chino which in the show is known for being a sketchy and violent place as it is compared to the Bronx by Sandy. So growing up there he would've had to learn how to fight and be violent in order to protect himself from random thugs or pple trying to jump him and steal his shit. Another reason is that he always hung around his brother Trey who was renowned for getting himself into trouble and therefore Ryan aswell for being with him.
As for marissa or any girl he likes, Ryan is a person that doesnt trust many people, although wen he does open up to them and trust them he feels obliged to help/defend them (especially Marissa) as she was pretty much the love of his life? And the only guys he did actually hit that were 'talking to marissa' were people who were trating her wrong or decieving her such as luke cheating on her, oliver trying to persuade her and steal her from ryan, volchok for cheating on marissa and saying how he could easily get her back...
Did you actually watch the whole show? like it explains it so clearly...
Marissa, despite being beautiful, she was a bitch, do not think it was worth getting into a fight because of marissa
john wood Marissa wasn't even a bitch. Just a whiney, spoilt brat and alcoholic with mummy issues who'd cry into her drink.
His background prove that Ryan was a very agressive guy since child because of his hard past ,Ryan said to johnny after he defend his honor against volchok at the beach ,that when he grew up in Chino, he learned to fight against thugs and bullies that wanted to kick his ass for his demeanor or his old habit to talk back and said that were times that he lost many times in local fights but he earn the respect of his opponents and others times that he almost kick the living shit out of the bullies specially that when he was younger he were attacked by his father and others thugs to help his brother in their fights, ryan is not a bully or a thug but he learned to fight them specially in season 1 when he was the only person in the school to punch luke several times and probably he would win against him if he doesn´t got help of his friends of the waterpolo team, Ryan is a natural brawler but he said a lot of times that he hate violence, is not a surprise that he can beat a punk like volchok almost to death after he tried to kill him because he remember the time when he fought his brother and almost get killed by volchok including using the same beatdown to defeat a vicious thug like him, but his best fight is at the cage after marissa's death after he defeat the same guy who knock him out cold the last time
because ryan had to defend himself his entire childhood, plus someone always tried to provoke him
in reality he would have but its a show and in shows/movies the villian never wins at the end thats how hollywood works
The only way Volchok wins if he gets by surprise a person who didn't fighted at all, like Johnny. That's like saying that you can land clean punch on a guy who is training every day for boxing for example.
💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋
ryan failed to win against his brother Trey, he won against Luke, and also against Volchok
joao paulo usually how it goes you can beat others but when it comes to an older brother he's usually tougher
Big brother will always beat the littler, doesn't matter age or circumstance...
That dude Eddie busted his ass at that party
Ryan let Eddie hit him. Ryan won all his fights except against Trey
Ryan could beat Trey in a fight if he really wanted to. Volchok is stronger than Trey. The only reason why Ryan didn't beat Trey was because deep down inside I don't think he had it in his heart to kill Trey. If Trey wasn't family though, that fight would have had a much different ending. I think Ryan would have killed Trey.
jim gordan a fighter
俺もライアンの立場ならヴォルチェックを半殺しにするね。
choky isn't a smart guy
ryan Atwood is a serious dude HE BEAT RYAN MCCARTHY
Trey put up a better fight than Volchok
Is that Teresa or Sadie
Evan Luke Swaine these long 5 years you’ve been waiting for an answer. It’s Teresa.
@@user-zr9eb1sj9v checking in 8 years later to confirm that yes, it is indeed Teresa
Ryan hits harder it seems.
