Some maids are innocent but definitely bigger number is not. if I were in place of her I would have asked just once or twice.i keep my precious things locked. they are poor and needy.life is is hard for them .I don't give them a chance. Secondly ...yes some of them may Steal small things..in last 10-12 years my 15-16 spoons ,3-4 bowls, 1 knife...has gone . 😀....and this I realized ain last few years that they take away so smartly that you don't even realize that things are missing......anyways thums up for both of you for script and acting. .I feels sorry for those who are innocent ...

If I was at the Madam's place, I wouldn't accuse my helper just on the bases of doubt, without any proof. I would feel guilty even for bringing doubt in my mind for someone innocent.

This is so true, I know when my neighbor aunty lost her gold ring once, immediately she suspected her years old house maid. Who later found the ring from her porch while sweeping..no apology made. This is how we Indians behave

Yes it is the maid who is the first suspect.They may be poor but they have self respect. I have had maids working with me for 18years .. Till today never had any such problem. I have left 5he house under their care when it was very necessary. They have taken good care of sick husband.Todqy I am in another city but still remember them.

Very good decision taken by Aarti. What is this you put such a big blame on her threatened her for police complaint and when you found your bangle you acted as if nothing has happened. She should have apologized after all they are also human beings.Definitely this is very wrong practice that firstly and foremostly we think of them only. I feel never hurt someone's self respect. If u pay them what they deserve. Give them proper food and atleast give them a day off and most importantly respect them than they r human beings they will respect you back.
