RE DEATH WOBBLE: I know this video is 4 years old but theres a guy on RUclips screaming at the top of his lungs about the death wobble and how to fix it. I guess alot of people are told the wrong thing and waste alot of money on steering and suspension parts, anyways its the steering knuckle seal and felt that needs to be replaced. It holds in the grease and acts like a shock absorber. Tons of people in the comments said they did it and it stopped their death wobble. Hope this helps someome.

Sorry for asking, why would you use an old seal? If you are that far in, why not get a new seal?

Ebay has those washers but beware for in the future all the stuff I've got has been great except for the front axel bearing do not fit over the axel but everything else in the one kit has been great

Did you happen to measure the bearing to find the difference and why they didnt fit?

Ive always heard that both kingpins have to have equal shims in or out of them. Keeps axle centered. I only saw you do top??

are you sure that the washer with the tabs are supposed to be bent on the front nut and the back. because I've never seen anyone do it like and nothing i ever took apart that has the same setup has ever been done like that. Did I just learn something or was that just a mistake? Either way good video

Apologize for the late reply bud, thinking about how the lock washer slides into the grove to keep it from spinning, only locking the outer nut should honestly hold everything just fine but I think I got that idea off one of the autozone repair guides here www.autozone.com/repairguides/Suzuki-Samurai-Sidekick-Tracker-1986-1998-Repair-Guide/FRONT-SUSPENSION/Front-Wheel-Bearings-and-Hubs/_/P-0900c1528008861d

Is it a soft ride running stock spring with standard shackles?
I have 2" extended shackles on my zuki, should i revert back to standard or keep the two inch life.
When i bought the car it had 2" shackles on it and im not sure how it drives with standard

It's not a soft ride either way lol. But It's a lot more stable with shorter shackles driving on main roads
