How to select jackfruit for this chips recipe?
Raw and fully grown jackfruit should be used in making chips.
Jackfruit has lots of gum so you need to use oil while cutting on our hands and on instrument using for cutting.
For Deep frying use any vegetable Oil or cooking oil.

We eat jackfruit seeds I don't know whether others eat it or not, first boil the seeds then deep fry them with salt and tumeric, it tastes really good

Raw jackfruit don't absorb much oil so one time oil is enough!!

In Medium flame bake till oil bubbles stop it takes time 10 mins! Jackfruit should be raw and grown!
