    "Tumour Lysis Syndrome is caused when tumour cells release their intracellular content into the bloodstream, either spontaneously or as a result of treatment leading to increased DNA - purine and pyrimidine, hyperkalemia, hyperphosphatemia leading to hypocalceamia and lactic acidosis."

    Saw it once at a hospital and it's really unbelievable how fast the patient's condition got more and more weak and in the end he died within 6-7 hours.

    Who or where is the best Dr to to receive treatment for high levels of calcium in the blood for somebody that is being treated for metastatic liver cancer w/ multiple tumor in the liver. Original cancer tumor was in the stomach a year 1/2 ago has endured 20 rounds of chemo 12 before stomach ectomy and chemo for Mata static liver cancer. With mix results from chemo, now in the middle of seed radiation therapy to the liver. I have just now received this information from a blood test of high calcium and Ammonia in my blood . Thank you for any help you can share!🙏. I am 35 yrs old a years 4 months ago in good health

      Not at all. We just have to take adeque measures to prevent it and be vigilant about any symptoms or lab abnormalities. I saw many parient taking chemo without any of these symptom.
