🫡I have 6 Chameleon builds from Overlord, Glass Cannon Momemto, Striker with Zwia Eagle gloves, Negotiator's and a couple with Umbra. I have multiple Chameleons to run different 3rd attributes to adjust to my build (CHC, CHD, rof, Dtooc, accuracy, Dta) It's 40% stronger than St. Elmo's with any one of it's buffs active. A bunch of CC videos have tested it 👍
Hey bro, thanks for the AOK build showcase. Striker is my openworld activity build but definitely I'll give it a try because your build setup gives more survivability, which is very essential to solo players.
I don't know why people sleep on the Chameleon, it outperforms the St Elmos. I like this build, made a 20% AoK build when I started playing to level the firewall and gunner class.. I just kept it around to run with gunner specialization on 30% AoK.
I think it's because when St. Elmo came out a lot of new players started playing the game as it launched on steam too and St. Elmo giving massive Crits for free allows new players to build without worrying about crits that much plus high mag size. I would always choose Chameleon as it's also my highest expertise weapon because I love using it.
I forgot about the 10 second window with Intimidate, Memento, Bloodsucker etc. It’s easy to get carried away at the gun range and seeing those numbers pop but when it comes to choosing the right talents for actual gameplay you’ve got to pay attention to the details, looks like it’s back to obliterate for me for a while, good advice!
@@shanewhite3820 Yep and that's why I love using Intimidate when I can shred them under 10 secs or I'll just use Adrenaline Rush for bonus armor even though memento on paper is better but the moment you get strip from the blue armor you completely lose intimidate buff. At least with Obliterate I can activate it from any range and the bonus is there just as a "Bonus Armor" and I can still enjoy Memento's regen and damage buff :D
Same same, I’ve always rocked Intimate but when I’m not in a super serious gaming mode sometimes easing up on the talent mechanics allows for a more enjoyable gaming experience without “compromising” to much on your core build requirements! 👍
Hmm, I might do an O.D build with this gun. Love the gun, but always had an ammo problem for me, especially with directives on. Bleed rounds should remedy this for me.
I swapped the 2 pieces of Belstone for the Deathgrips and added a Ceska chest. Other than the Deathgrips everything is rolled to red. 2 blues and 5 reds. I also prefer St. Elmo’s over Chameleon.
Using negotiator without it's backpack should be a crime :D But yeah it's good I already have a build with memento negotiator and St. Elmo. But it lacks the toughness which this build gives. I like being aggressive but also be safe at the same time. This builds helps me recover from mistakes and keep going :)
@@TruGentleman78 It can drop from any exotics caches but best way is to farm in Assualt Rifle Targeted loot or do Countdown with AR targeted loot. However, doing bounties have a higher chance of it to drop. Try to do a few challenging and Heroic bounties and see if it drops there first if not then try the other methods. If you get Black Tusk bounties that's even better.
I gave this build a try and I almost copied it - Chameleon is my also my favorite weapon - Heroic with 3 directives is no big problem at all - unbelievable strong build - good job, buddy! Like and subscribed 😇✌👍

@@AnYTimeGaming thank you! Im near level 1000 on my shd and i struglle a bit on heroic content because i die a lot. I run a full red striker build and this build you post seems good for me. I Will try it!

Countdown can give these items super fast and easy. I only need one UG item with crit chance and damage so I can change the core to weapon damage. But then I do have a steelworks piece like that. Myb I'll just grab what I can get as long as I can have crit chance and crit damage 😅

Dumb question, this build work on Countdown?
Yep it does actually better if you get those damage multipliers from countdown :)

Will try a similar build but with the eagle bearer. Thanks for new build ideas!
