Hi Coji,good cat.I like the staff. but this drill when I switch to the left hand side my staff doesn't go under my rt arm ,so I'm getting stuck there but I will keep trying

how long should the staff be? taller than your own height? i have a 6 foot staff but I'm over 6 feet tall?? still ok to use it?

Yes, use it. I train with all different lengths staff. Kali is not as strict in this as other arts.
