good job Hayden! I feel that you are getting better and better every time I see a welding video, I love the fact that you are very meticulous with your deburring/polishing and the fact that you clean everything with acetone prior to weld. You are doing it the right way!

@@dawsongamblin5246 it's perfectly fine are you joking me I've had a manifold that's probably on it's third owner now completely supporting the turbo and it's mint few years old and thousands of miles and hundreds of passes on it stop hating these hold up on tons of cars making big power with no issues and if ever there is he would take care of it he's a stand up guy

Is there a specific reason for the extended stand off before the first turn on the tubes. Is it part of the tuning or is it a fit up/ clearance issue. I'm just curious. Really nice job.

very nice job on that manifold. Do you have the turbo supported as well? I think it would be a good idea with the weight of that turbo hanging out 90 degrees and a good foot or more from the flange. Wish you built turbo manifolds for Mustangs, I'd buy a set like yesterday, as I am in the process of building a twin turbo 04 mustang as a project, and you have inspired me to make video's of it along the way to put on my youtube channel. As always man great job and keep up the good work. P.S. for realz on them mustang manifolds, let me know if you figure out a way to make them.

hey, here in my country i cannot buy acetone to clean before welding, which other product can i use? im trying to improve my stainless quality, i think a good cleaning will help a bit

nice welding, but as a welder, would like to see it in real time, mainly with the inbetween sections, where the tungsten is way out and feeding filler from the side
is your gas set to 80 the whole time, or only when you have the tungsten "too" far out?

There’s one thing I don’t understand. Why do you run your purge lines in on the top? Argon has a higher density than air. That means air stays on top of the argon when purging from the bottom with a vent on top of the part.
Glad to see a manifold with some inches of straight pipe before the first bend. Curious to see if that makes as much of a difference as I think it does. Good shit!

Also what are you using to polish them like that? Are you using any sort of polish? I want to attempt to build a manifold for my sons Scion TC but I dont know if I can pull it off. Any help you can give is very much appreciated.
