I like the Hasbro one a lot more because you can't hear the motor and because he blinks and moves his ears with every sound he makes.. therefore he seems a lot more alive.

I have two luvabella dolls.. I really like them.. I keep mine in the box.. but I just bought one from a Fleamarket.. I think your little girl would really like it.. the doll has alot of personality.. and is very interactive.. I have the toddler.. but they have a new born too... I love this yoda.. but I might opt for the plushie that does not move ...
Hes soo cute! Worth getting him. Toys like that will make noise but knowing the child is moving around the house is soo cool! Maybe down the line they will make one for several hundred dollars. In the meantime...play the mandalorian soundtrack loud! Ha...thank u for sharing
Like a lot of others, I was quite shocked at how loud his motor is. Even still, he's so cute looking like he's waddling around, d'aww! It was funny, my dad happened by while the Force-hand thing was going and he asked why Baby Yoda was running a jackhammer, lol! I can kinda see it now! ;) My house is pretty much all carpet so poor Baby would basically be confined to the kitchen. :( I'm still glad to have been able to see him in action, though! Great video, as usual! :D 💚

OK so the follow feature needs a little help but omg the red button - I would just leave him in curious mode all the time!! I love him!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't have enough exclamation marks for how damn cute he is. Motor be damned! Love it!
If he was quieter he’d cost a lot more, using the gearing system they have keeps his cost down, they’ve had to compromise on some things, after all they want him to sell, giving him a more complex and a quiet motor system will push his cost up to well over 200 or more. And not everyone can do that, especially parents with a couple of kids. I like him regardless of his sound, I think he’s worth the money and IMO cuter than the animatronic one, who actually creeps me out a bit lol.

I found over the years that for trial reasons means that they give you enough batteries and enough battery juice to try the product out in stores, but when you get home, you'll wish you bought batteries along with the toy.

Mine arrived on the 13th. I pressed the test button immediately and he's been sitting in his box, strapped in, ever since. I've been waiting for your review because I wanted to know what you thought. I hate how he sounds, I'm so disappointed. I've been trying to decide if letting him out of the box would make him seem better, or if we would still not like him. For me, the sound has ruined the magic. Maybe the movements would make up for it, but at the moment we like the Hasbro one better. If we play with him, then I can't ship him off to Toys For Tots or return... Ugh. What to do? Maybe Mando Mondays will reveal a better option? I want one this size, with a rubbery head, with the movements of the Hasbro, plus feet.
Wow, that is so not rad at all. The noises!! That sounds like low tech robotics from my childhood. Come on guys you can do better than that! Stick regular Baby Yoda on a Roomba and it would be better. Listening to it made me want to scream. Ugh. Not a fan lol
You do realize more expensive motors would make it cost 200$, not every parent can afford that, besides IF a kid has played with many rc cars it would not bother him

The Hasbro one is definitely more kid friendly. But as an adult, despite the noise, I like this one a lot more
