I was looking for a video on this robot with comments turned on to see what people had to say and now there is no one here. This robot looks insane! It looks like it learns like us and very quickly for a robot, it even sounds like it can learn multiple things! It seems unbelievable

It’s probably worth remembering that many technologies like robotic cleaning machines and electronic shelf labeling that can be reprogrammed when needed have been in existence for a while now but are not widely used. Even if this was working at human speed could do everything a human could tomorrow for a fraction of the yearly cost it would still be many years before business started using them to a noticeable degree. Just writing the reports and doing the cost analysis, let alone securing the investment funds to switch over isn’t something businesses are going to do in a short period of time.
I will complement the company on their new business partnerships but that doesn’t change the fact that we won’t see these in most stores and workplaces in a short time span.
