Love your gym. I have just set up a fully equipped home gym myself. Mine is all Rogue with the addition of the kettlebell Kings kettlebells and Torque Endless Rope and the Torque Tank MX Sled.

That Iron Throne barbell holder really got me thinking. It holds 15 bars. Meaning the bars would have to *average* more than $2,000 in price to even make it to $30k, let alone $45k. (Maybe there's a few other bars there, too, but pretty sure you'd need at least 4 of those 15 bar holders to get closer to that overall cost.)

I really like the options you have in your gym. I love machines that can do multiple things and I love tons of functional cable/ lat cable attachments. Which bar do you prefer over the kabuki cadilllac bar for chest?

I've watched both of your full gym tour videos now (the first was broken in to multiple videos) and at no point do you mention the piece of equipment next to the GHD/hyper combo lol. Looks like a seated row of some sort?

Would you still recommend the titan reverse hyper ghd combo ? How did you order the better pad for it ?

So technically yes, we have a shower to rinse off before getting into the icebath or after the sauna but it is not a public gym shower that you would think of.
You are loaded with all free weights imaginable, but I barely see cables (no crossover) or elastic bands. Any particular reason for this preference?
ye has the tuff stuff cable crossover and the elite FTS lat pulldown/low row. You must have not watched the whole video. He has amazing cable machines and attachments.
We also have bands as well. We didn’t touch on those on this video as much

This is an amazing gym. I’m curious to know more about that landmine strap with the loops in it. How are you using that to control the stopping point? Are there modified pressing movements you use that for?
The strap I used for landmine attachments is called a Henny Strap Brian Henny invented it. You can find it on Instagram or look up Squatmax MD they were created by the same guy. I will make a video on this topic!

Hello! This is the greatest gym i've ever seen! Does anyone out there know what these water devices on the floor left at 33:57 are called? Assuming theyre for oblique swings and I must get one .

I’m interested on how u made the ice bath self sufficient? I have a small concrete pool/ bath that i need to make working on its own! I just need the best way to keep it clean year around
Yeah, the bath is made originally with cattle trough with coils on the bottom like a freezer, turned upside down!
