So nicely explained... So for driving heavy amp Headphones you do need a dac and it all depends on the sound stage,built quality etc...

Will the headphone mic work with this?

no it doesn't, as it is output only. you would need one with mic support. honestly, nowadays a good option would be the apple lightning to 3.5mm dongle or USB-C to 3.5mm dongle

My DC03 Pro just keep on red light and not working. Can you recommend troubleshooting?

The red light should just be indicating that it's in standby. maybe try unplugging your connector and reconnecting? Since the USB-C is reversible, try reversing that too and trying again
