I primarily bought reach legs, forearms, and chest to make my reach Spartan. It is really delicate, but the sculpted details makes it much easier to paint details. I love them!
I never thought of dyeing the figures, you gotta lemme know how it works out, it would be really helpful not to paint the ankle joints.
I plan on making a whole video about the dying process, so stay tuned!

I recently got the halo heroes series 18 human combat form for retail price of 4.99 usd instead of the scalper price of around 30. Edit: his arm moves side to side in the socket, dang quality control

I know this video is 6 months old however I'm going to buy pretty much a whole figurines worth of custom parts from LS3D in the next few days. It's probably going to cost me around $50 but I would say this is going to be one hell of a worthwhile investment I'm probably going to buy one of the SMGs and a battle rifle as well I'm also going to be buying some utility accessories I am going to leave out the backpack because I'm going to use the backpack from Spartan Riz from the Halo TV show. Can't wait.
@@deathraptorf22gaming epic! When I made mine, I bought stuff from older than 6 months ago. Things costed more then, but it was still worth it. LS3D did lower prices, maybe I'll go make another figure
@@LS3D_Printing didn't notice this mb. I bought enough parts for a figure from you 2 years ago, and I remember the chest plates costing 10 dollars. Glad to see updated prices!
Can you use the Ls3D chest armor with the official mega torso?
Yes, you can. The LS3D torso just has the better neck

Fair enough XD You could use just helmets and chestplates, those are pretty darn durable

Those helmets are awesome!
The details from 3D printed pieces in resin is to another level because of the technique. You can't get that much details with injection molded pieces like MEGA do. It's only a matter of technique used. MEGA pieces are less detailed but way more durable and strong.
That's true. Same goes for cosplay stuff actually. Durable tends to equal less detail
You actually dont need to use the official mega back plate for the armor. His chest armors come complete front and back and don't have peg holes because they use magnets instead
He does have backplates, I chose to use the official one though as it was the original way the pieces worked
I would love to see one of these figures with removable helmets with face’s underneath
That would make the helmet so incredibly fragile
I'd say the legs are the best here cuz the marines are same size as Spartans plus leg joint

A note for people looking to buy these: the hands like the arms will need to be sanded down also to fit them on. I tried not knowing this and immediately broke them

Also, did you have to buy the boots and legs seperate?
I will make a video about the customizing process. And for the legs, you buy the parts separate so you can get the right legs (there's multiple types)
@@DemarcationMedia yeah I saw, but the same way you can say get odst shoulders or eod ones, the legs are different. But the last option is just called the boots. So idk if you got legs that came with or without the feet?

You should upgrade your sigfig with LS3D torso for the neck, and maybe more armor

I am in love with that left shoulder pad, pretty sure it is a mark 7 piece in Infinite but looks so good on the Reach kit here.

@DemarcationMedia ok, I wanted to buy some of my own parts from ls3d but I live in the uk so it's costing up to £50. That's only 1 figure
Shipping to the UK has shot up in price, it costs over $30 usd just to ship a tiny package
@DemarcationMedia yh ik it sucks, I just want to make my main spartan from infinite using ls3d parts, the actual pricing for the pieces needed only £34, which when u think about it, is worth it considering the detail and customisation it let's you have, but I have to pay £12 on top of it just for shipping, not ls3d's fault obviously but it does put 1 off from buying it.

After seeing your video as you uploaded it I INSTANTLY went to his page and website and now I’m waiting for him to upload new parts on the 9th of March so I can make my IRL Spartan and cannot wait to make this
