Oh Darlene, I couldn't click on this fast enough! 4 years ago we flew to Texas to be with our newborn grandson and 2 year old granddaughter. This brought back those special memories.

I just started watching you yesterday. I love your channel, for so many reasons! I’m in my 60s. I need to loose about 60 pounds. I love to cook. I’m married and our son, daughter in law, 2 year old grandson, (next week we should have another grandson) all live next door❤️. Plus, I’m Oma! I’m an American, but I have been living in Germany for 35 years now. You have made my day!
Oh my heavens those grandbabies are precious, We are waiting on # 6 coming in a few weeks. I love you snacks, they look so yummy, and that kitchen is beautiful.

My son and his wife are members at a local church and they do the same type gatherings for young married adults. It’s what we used to call Sunday School. We had ours before church each Sunday. They do theirs at different homes each week on a certain night. I like it! It’s a new way that works for them. And I noticed lots of other churches are following suit. They do a devotional as well as having a pot luck meal. These recipes I will share with my son and his wife and they will likely make for their young adult class at their church. Thank you for sharing these recipes. Awe! Congratulations on your new grandson! He’s adorable! And Micah is such a precious little one as well. You have such a handsome son and beautiful daughter in law. I know you must be very proud of them. I’m happy you were able to spend quality time with them.

Ha! Nope. Nothing for us yet. Getting very frustrated Rhonda. I cried all day yesterday because an old beautiful house was for sale that was a farm (small) I wanted, but it sold so fast. Lou didn’t want it anyway. It was gorgeous. Built late 1800. Perfect condition. Original wide oak floors. Beautiful kitchen. I’m gonna start crying again😞

Oh Valli, Lou and I were just talking about that tonight. We are so utterly discouraged over our move or lack of. I simply cannot understand what God is doing with us. Lou is just weeks away from retirement. We really would like to move. But there’s nothing available. We just feel stuck. 🥴
