Totally agree about the p1s ....especially because the enclosure kit for the p1p is crazy time consuming....loved the insulation idea. Its just good to hear you are enjoying 3d printing again...vs 10months ago when the fire sale video was posted. Glad you found a new stronger anvenue for your talents....a lot of folks are rooting for you guys. Really appreciate all the videos and inspiration of sharing your journey. Cheers mate!
Mine arrived this past Thursday and I had a fun using it this past weekend. Getting used to size will be one thing for me having the Kobra Max before this
It does both! I looked up sound insulation and found the reflective covered material that does do both functions. The entire outside of my bambus are now cold to touch instead of letting the heat soak through the walls. Only the glass is now warm to the touch.
I also think if I only wanted sound reduction I could have picked a higher end different product but this was just a "whim cheap buy to experiment" and it functions nice for both heat and sound as far as I can tell.
Hi, Love your vids. I hate Glue, never used it on my Prusa or Predator (glass based bed just released prints) . What do you use beside glue and How do you use it on the different materials. How often, how thick etc., I just hate the glue and the point of having to clean it off the print. Have an x1c and p1s.
Vision Miner Nano Polymer. You just apply a thin layer, it doesnt need to be cleaned off any prints, and hold really well when parts otherwise wont stick. Some tricky filaments i have not yet figured out that it combined with everything tried didnt work is, NylonPA6, POM, and HDPE. Those Were not sticking even with the glue, But everything else it should work great with! amzn.to/3v6FB4U
near zero tinkering. I have only jammed the machine 3 times now. twice to running pla on PC settings (290 nozzle and 100 bed)) on pla will cost heat creep on pla and jam above the nozzle. The 3rd time was running 40% wood filled filament on a .4 nozzle. Otherwise its the best thing since sliced bread and you will definitely enjoy seeing the qidi leave the window and the satisfying crunch it will make landing on the pavement.
@@3DPrintsEverything Hahaha good to hear! Thanks alot for the info, I will probably buy a P1P, should've done that in the first place! I've heard great things about the printers
HEPA filter for motherboard, what is this crazy nonsense you are even saying... Saw a few your videos, you have areally zero clue about how that printer works... Placing the printer on top of flammable foam is a top notch solution.
The best fire hazard you mean? No thanks.. Plus customer support is the same you would expect at a Chinese restaurant.. Add to the fact that I’m stuck using a closed sourced product with bad integrity because they sure use Prusa open source software without giving them a dime.. To only downplay open source..
What is a fire hazard? Also no 3d printer company besides Stratasys has given me any type of support. If its a chinese brand printer I never expect to contact them for any customer service as I can 1. Figure out the issue without them, 2. If I can't figure it out, buy a new printer to replace the faulty one as an instant return. Also people has got into the software and made it open, I am working on a project now to build a 300mm printer with bambu parts and others have already got into software to make this possible, its freely online if your searching. Also I have used prusa slicer and I much much much prefer Bambu slicer, there is a lot I don't like about Prusa as a person and their machines. I have not made this a channel to hate on others, and am to opinionated to frequent forums and facebook groups to argue with people about their opinions when its likely Ill print more in a week than most do in a year and that doesn't matter to most because they bought some printer they love and will die defending it just as the fanboys for any goofy company will. IE: Tesla, nike, crypto bros, ect ect Lovers of creality, prusa, flash forge, makerbot ect are all the same. If you look at my past video I praised and heavily used kingroon brand printers, since switching to bambu I praise them. There have been many non mentioned machines in-between that I constantly try out but dont feel its in the spirit of my channel to bash the brand at how bad the machine is. Needless to say. Ill fanboy right now on the bambu, Prusa only came out with software update to respond to the bambus quality as speed (his whole marketing is on how the prusa came out of his factory perfect and doesn't need software updates ect while costing more and having less features than a bambu) so please. When I find a better machine to replace the bambu I will sing their praise. until then ill happily print PC filament on my P1S that cost less than a mk3 and a mk3 could not print PC filament out of the box anyway like the P1S will. Even with mods it wont do it as fast or as clean.
@@3DPrintsEverything Where did I lie bro? Dont get your panties in a knot.. I spoke nothing but truth! A recall for the A1 for being a fire hazard 💯 And their customer support sucks!! Take it for what it is! And everyone is not a veteran so I wouldn’t recommend a Bambu to a newbie because Bambu doesn’t teach you 💩 Yeah pull it out the box and press print that’s cool until you run into an issue 💯💯Plus I don’t fund communist

Hey! What is the awesome looking filament at 7:11 that you are printing?
Mine arrived this past Thursday and I had a fun using it this past weekend. Getting used to size will be one thing for me having the Kobra Max before this
How long did it take from ordering to arrival? Just ordered mine 3 days ago and can’t wait to get it!
@@sebxrom it took about 10 days
Are you printing pc on the stock p1s, or did you upgrade the nozzle and extruder gears? Thanks for the vid. Cheers!
You should get a few ams so when one spool runs out it switches to the next and also multiple colours!!
do you use the insulation for heat retention? or for sound reduction? looking to maybe do that to my own P1S.
It does both! I looked up sound insulation and found the reflective covered material that does do both functions. The entire outside of my bambus are now cold to touch instead of letting the heat soak through the walls. Only the glass is now warm to the touch.

Do you have trouble with pla on cardboard wheels? Ty for your video
pla on cardboard wheels? Not sure what you mean.
pla comes on cardboard ring , I heard they get stuck in the AMS @@3DPrintsEverything
How much tinkering? You try PETG? I'm ready to throw my Qidi X-Plus 3 out the window.
