Love your videos you guys are great. What is the price of this home? Also Lee Whetherington is the only builder that I know that includes a Florida Basement or storage room in all their plans. When you do your next Lee Wetherington home can you show the Florida Basement? I don't think many people know that is standard with them.

Thanks for watching and Hell yeah you can! Many builders only require 10% down but it really depends on the price point. With a good credit score, you can get 5-6% loans on new construction using builder financing. On custom ground up builds, 20% is common. The best part is Sarasota is 40 minutes away and offers all sorts of things to do. Plus…you can’t beat our beaches. It’s a great community and do t forget the Braves training facility is literally around the corner where you can see great preseason games at a 1 billion + brand new park.

Not close to beach..quite aware they built too many houses and they are having trouble selling them
