And for Wellen Park, it remains a Venice zip code despite paying taxes and utilizing North Port services. Wellen Park is a beautiful section of North Port and lots of us residents of North Port just get a little angry when they try to say they don't live in North Port. Hi Peter. The lots in Everly are 325k with a lake view and are 85 feet wide and perfect for the Haven model. At Star Farms, lot premiums for 1/3 acre are 399K, reduced from 445K. The comparable model in Star Farms as far as foot print is the Turnberry 2 model at 4,000 sqft. We will get confirmation if they will build the Haven in Star Farms. Wellen Park is part of North Port not Venice, just has a Venice mailing address it's in the city of North Port.
