One thing you should scrape the foam so there wont be a separation sooner rather than later between the felt the glue and the foam

How did you get the clips without the screws off? Like the things that are glued to the panel ?

When I did mine I used this one adhesive (think it was orange bottle with blue cap), but it was either not sticky enough or I sprayed to much as it soaked through 💀. What did you replace the plastic rivets with, to prevent vibration?

I haven’t. That one seemed like a lot more work and wasn’t worth it for me
My arm rest is pretty messed up so we'll see how it all comes out
