@@tejasdugar3304 I did not have to write a motivation letter, they did ask why I wanted to study at delft and they expected like a paragraph answer.

Ben de bu Kasım-Mayıs dönemi için 6 aylığına PhD-visiting researcher olarak TU Delft Aerospace bölümüne geleceğim. Ancak, kalacak yer bulma konusunda biraz zorlanıyorum. Bahsettiğin SocialHub’da yaklaşık 2 aydır yer bulamıyorum, sürekli dolu görünüyor. Kamernet gibi uygulamalar ise başvuru için ücret talep ediyorlar, bu da işimi biraz daha zorlaştırıyor.
TU Delft kampüsüne yakın, güvenli bir yer bulmak çok istiyorum. Bu konuda tavsiye edebileceğin bir yer, veya uygulama varsa, gerçekten çok memnun olurum.

I've just been admitted to a Master in TU Delft starting from september. I'm an international student as you are, but fortunately I live in an EU country, so my tuition fee is lightier ahah. Anyway I'm still a little bit worried about the costs.. I'm used to paying 350€ for housing here in Italy ahah, imaging to pay the double scares me a lot. I will surely need to start working, for sure, parallel to my studies. I hope I won't have lectures every day so that I can do this.. But even if it's just one day or two of work, will it be sufficient to pay my monthly expenses? I don't know how much an average work pays there in the Netherlands

Do you have any tips for getting accomodation in Delft? How far in advance did you have to sign up for the Study Hub? How much do they allow you to "customize" your room there, since it seems to be a hotel as well?

You mentioned you're an international student. May I ask where you are from?
How are you doing with the language barrier, does everyone speak English there? You're degree is held in english, right?
Do you work? If not, do you have an idea of how much you can earn a month with a student job?
Non EU students can work a maximum of 16 hours per week (it is regulated). Simple jobs like delivery courier, waiter, or cash service earns between 10.5-11.5€ per hour in bruto.

When he joins TU Delft, is he need to pay only tution fees alone? because he will stay with me. because in your first video the over amount to be paid is 27K which includes everything, but in my case, do i need to pay only tution fees and other fees excluding accomodation, please confirm

Wanna know how hard its gonna be to be in the top 500
During our year (2020), it was something like 1200 students I think. Now, its much more competitive and that number probably increased a lot. I unfortunately cannot tell you an exact number, but I would now estimate there are 2-3 thousand people applying to Delft every year.
@@AhmetHDonmez right now, the school i am going to is the first and only school in the Netherlands that offers programming as an exam. Do you think that will help a bit? Gonna try really hard to get in
@@sSpectralls There are no programming questions in the CST, but it won't hurt to do that as you will improve your algorithmic thinking.

I'm from China so the tuition fee is almost the same with yours, but my daddy's business wasn't going very well these years, you know, because of pandemic.

I would like to get in delft in 2023 on computer science... How often are the lessons in a week and how long are they? Is it possible to combine this study with work? I can't live without a job and I'm thinking about what decision to make
The computer science study almost always has 1 workday a week free. You could work in those days (I do) but they're technically for doing homework. There are somewhere between 12 to 20 hours a week of lectures.
on average 2-3 lectures per class per week. Each 2 hours. 3 classes a quarter. 3x3x2=18. Thats the high side. Theres also breaks in the lectures.

@@thanosthemadtitan5518You don't earn money just by studying but if you do work for the uni, like TA (teaching assistant), wage starts at €15/hr, (semi-)flexible hours. Your wage will go up as you earn credits for passing classes.

I like to do a 09:00-18:00 6 days a week. Excluding lunch, thats about 40 hours a week
