    Great session!! I usually cry it out, tap into my self-care on a deeper level, journal, take a ride/day getaway to think and sort my thoughts, vent to a friend, and listen to gospel music.TFS!!

    Some release/relax activities: singing, dancing, walking, writing, reading, talking to friend and... deep meditation.

    Sometimes it's the simple things that are most effective, and we can take them for granted. I think it's important to find a variety of things to make you feel good, and not get overly reliant on just one go-to. For example if you are feeling lonely, a long walk in nature may not help (or it might), and it would be better to journal and/ or text a friend. Fun to see you two presenting, it was good.

      Thank you,very much I appreciate it, and it gives me confidence to know I encourage someone, because I wasn't always like this,I use to put everyone else needs above mind,until I read in the Bible, it is okay to love and take of your self. So I plan my routine for each day ,so there is space for me to relax ,and I take Bola advice, spend on myself 1 a month by saving for it,thank you everyone you beening a blessing love you all.
