In r Kelly's case their was more solid evidence (ie video). Both are sick and deserve to go to jail but they were treated differently in the court system for valid reasons.

Nah after the second accusation and court acquittal MJ quit. He surely donated to charities but he pretty much never did events at Neverland and even lived in Ireland in a very secluded area for awhile. You could tell MJ really felt broken over it and distanced from how he interacted with children. R Kelly supposedly had a sex tape someone was framing him in, married a 15 year old (also framed even tho it’s OBVIOUS and they used forged documents to marry, this has been proven) but he never thought hmmmm maybe I should not have any minors around now? Makes no sense. He obviously had sex addictions and was into depraved sex as well as underage girls. He just couldn’t stop and also didn’t care to stop. MJ was a whole different bird from R Kelly.

One accuser was settled out of court but MJ was exonerated on the charges and refused to pay. With R Kelly it was obvious but the underage girl refused to identify herself in the video as did her parents, so that’s the only reason Kelly beat those first charges. I don’t understand the motivation for this, but perhaps the victim or her family didn’t her future marked by being the girl who got peed on in a porn tape. She may have felt it best to just deny it. But I hate the MJ comparisons as well.
