I gotta say, this lovely tribute is bringing a bit of a tear to my eye and i never cry, but people are literally so quick to forget... Back when MJ was alive you had celebs losing their minds over him. The celebs that used to present him awards were either in awe (Princess Stefanie of Monaco) or nervous as hell (Morgan Freeman etc). At award shows the screams were deafening and he always got a standing ovation FROM HIS PEERS. You'll never see this again. He was an exceptional human being. Next level shit. That album makes you wanna get up and dance. My first introduction to Michael was "Bad" when I was 3 years old. Not only was he a great musician, but his music videos are works of art. The dance sequence in "Smooth Criminal" was so hot with his white fedora hat and suit. But he wrote and sang about love and unity which is something that we just don't hear anymore. But one of the first videos I ever watch was probably the 30th anniversary in 2001 at MSG just to name one as I can’t remember the first video I ever watched. Michael Jackson was the best!!! His style, his music, his dancing, the man was an entertainment icon. I was born in 1984 but "Off the Wall" is probably my favorite MJ album. That album makes you wanna get up and dance. My first introduction to Michael was "Bad" when I was 3 years old. Not only was he a great musician, but his music videos are works of art. The dance sequence in "Smooth Criminal" was so hot with his white fedora hat and suit. But he wrote and sang about love and unity which is something that we just don't hear anymore. I wonder what this would be if he was still here with us today. R.I.P., Gone but never forgotten.

But one of the first videos I ever watch was probably the 30th anniversary in 2001 at MSG just to name one as I can’t remember the first video I ever watched. Truly mind blowing what I saw and then from that point forward it sparked more interest in me to research more and learn about him and that’s when I found out everything about Michael Jackson and watched a lot more videos about him. Videos from all three of his tours to music videos, interviews, etc. And that’s when I learned he’s forever the king of pop, and learned about the sheer impact he had on the world.
