Because R Kelly is probably naming names of some widely known folks who knowingly knew what he was doing and just ignored it for the business but became involved in some of the evidences against him he claims were unlawfully obtained. Theres likely truths to these claims as aint no way anyone who was involved with R Kelly wasnt at an event or studio and say they never saw anything.
