1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups milk you might need more or less depending on your flour texture
Oil for frying
1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Ash I have never eaten this but I am aware of it. Yes, it does look like duff and, to me, very similar ingredients from what Im seeing.
