  • I went on a group ride with a bunch of young bucks at PeeWee ORV park in North Idaho.
    Not a super technical ride, but definitely a fun one. The dirt was perfect for the most part and the switchbacks were very fun!

      I think the gasser crowd are finally warming up to these for sure. It has sactually been hard to find people to ride with until recently.

    Nice video! Keep them coming. Took my first Ultra Bee ride yesterday after installing a 54 tooth sprocket and roller chain. Rode pretty hard on some twisty technical trails in Hood River, Oregon and ended the ride with 30 miles (31.5 miles adjusted for accuracy) and 30% battery remaining. I am amazed at the mileage difference compared to the stock sprocket and chain. I also
    ride in Daily Mode and now the bike is almost to spunky in Daily but I actually like it much better than before. It is now much easier to lift the front wheel with throttle. I have my Transmission Ratio adjusted to 0.9. That is the closest I can get to an accurate mileage on my display with my 18/21 KKE wheelset. I have ridden with a friend who has a very accurate GPS unit and we determined that at 0.9 my display still reads mileage 5% (0.05) low. 330 total display miles on my bike now. Loving the Ultra Bee!

      That really is great range for a stock battery and am stoked for you on the changes! I recalibrated my trans to 0.9 as well and am going to test against gps soon. With my 53, it should be really close.
      Feets Up!

      Henry... what was your regen settings? 5 and 5?

    • @henrybuckalew5739
      @henrybuckalew5739 Год назад

      @@slovarick1 My Brake Energy Regeneration (B) was set at 5 and my Coast Energy Regeneration (E) was set at 0. I checked all my settings yesterday and had thought that E had been at E5 but was surprised it was at E0. So I changed it to E5 now.

      I am starting to like E3 and tap the bakes to get some added REGen when needed?
      Best of both worlds.

    hello, nice riding. I just got my Ultra and saw your video about the roller chain. I would like to change the chain too and would like to know what is the important thing i have to look for when get the chain. Sadly i can't buy the chain from your links because i am in germany. Do i look for X ring chain or just a non O ring chain? found a R1 non O ring from renthal here. Is it the right one? Greetings from germany and happy riding, love your trails there .

      Thanks. The Renthal chain should be pretty good quality and should work just fine. Make sure it is a 520 pitch and readjust after the first few rides.
      Feets Up!

    Questions from Canada, so after 30 miles of ripping how long does it take to get charged to 100%. Also what is the total weight once you do the wheel upgrades? The Ultra's are just arriving up here in Canada and I'm thinking of selling my FE350 and joining the Ultra Bee Team. Thanks for posting up these viideo's.

      From 30% about 3 to 4 hours I would imagine. I charge it to 80% when it's parked, then charge to 100% before another ride which takes about an hour. I have not weighed it with the new configuration, but I am guessing around 200 lbs. If you are an enduro/woods rider, I think you would really like the Ultra.
