Thank you, Fin! The Texture of 'the pink floral jacket' is so rich! Oh, the Spring fabric, is so easy to look at! Yes, black flannel and clear beads! Your are teasing me with 'the shirt!" ;)
Enjoyed looking at your fabric haul. All the fabrics are so pretty. Especially like the red roses in black and the vintage looking fabric. The pink jacket looks gorgeous! 😀💖🌷
FUCHSIA!!! as she is a lovely hot pink floral jacket! The voile with lining would be a great start to a layer cake dress. Grey thread would work for the clear on black beads xxxx
Oof, I hate using invisible thread, it won't stay tied. I think your instinct to use black thread is right; most likely to disappear against the fabric. Do you wear your jackets with your layercake dresses? I would love to see a whole outfit styled.
Yep, I think I'm going to use black thread. I don't usually wear a bling jacket with a layer cake dress but they do look absolutely adorable together. 🎀👗🌼🧡🥰
🧵Wool is beautiful to work with. 🌸Do you mean the plastic flower-shapes beads? I bought them years ago and only just finally got around to using them. I think you could probably find some in the kids toy section of a big box store or a hobby/fabric store in the bead section.
The jacket gets more beautiful every time you show it! Stunning!❤️❤️❤️
Oh thank you! It's been fun to work on, there's so much detail in there. 🎀🧥🌹💕🥰

Thank you, Robyn. 🥰 I do keep meaning to make some shirts but dresses are just so much more fun!! 👗🌼🧡🎀

Thank you! Yes, I love the red roses, even though it's only a small piece of fabric. 🌹🌹🥰🌹🌹

Oooh, fuchsia, that's definitely going on the short list! Thank you. 🌹🌸🥰💕🎀
Black capped Chicadee birds on that pretty spring fabric
Thank you! They're very pretty. 🥰🍃🌼🕊🍃
I luv listening to you! You are such an artistic person!
Thank you so much! 🥰🎨🌸
I would probably just put a rolled hem on that first cotton voile and use it as a scarf. If you aren’t a scarf wearer that may have less appeal.
Oooh, that it a good idea! It's such a pretty piece of fabric. Thank you! 🎨💕🌹🥰🌸

Just keep the red jacket on show so that we can oggle in its glory!
Thank you! 🌹🥰🧥💕🌹
Where do you buy those beautiful sequins and buttons? I love working with wool myself.
