What degree is gas oven in c and f? If it is gas oven just like one from Food Tech, the burger episode part.

High temperature J4 tunnel ovens are designed for 550 °C / 1022 °F in baking area.
Such high temperature is required for baking Pita or Arabic bread.
For Hot Dog Buns and Hamburgers is baking temperature much lower, it is about
200 - 215 °C / 392 - 419 °F.
