Sir please what is the difference between an atom and an element. Are they the same ? And is the wording on the definitions specifically what OCR a want? May God bless you abundantly!
An atom is the single entity whereas the element is the natural form it takes. A good example is oxygen. The atom is a single O whereas the element is the diatomic molecule O2. Hope that helps
An element is a substance that is made from only one kind of atom. No matter how hard you looked in a crystal of pure tin for example, you would only find tin atoms. How the atoms are held together inside your sample of an element is another story.

Put all the topics in a hat, pick out a random topic and write everything you know about it. Check against notes then do another one etc
