This has ingredients like Alanine, Arginine, Lysine Hydrochloride, Glycine, Proline, Threonine which are Amino Acids..It helps in healing damaged skin and restores skin barrier. I have not used Acids in my skincare before so maybe this did not work for me..I completely missed this point in the review..I will continue using this face wash and update more details in the comment section if I notice any difference

if you have very dry n rough hair use conditioner or hair mask also.

no this one doesn't remove whiteheads..i recommend the cetaphil cleanser for you..it is very gentle 👍
