- In this vlog, we share a day in the life with cerebral palsy and are going to Claire's to get our ears pierced! This was anticipated for a long time and we finally did it! Little sister Brooklyn and Dallas both get their ears pierced. It was definitely a day to remember.

A few years ago I volunteered to assist on a school bus for physically handicapped children. She reminds me of a girl I used to accompany to school and back home then. She was a bit older I think, but like Dallas she was all smiles and really sweet; and she looked a bit like her, too. However, she was unable to hold her head up by herself and needed a ruff to support her neck.
She once complained that she would like to get her ears pierced but could not, because the earrings would interfere with the neck brace. Instead she was wearing clip-ons in the upper part of her ear, on the cartillage. She said she wanted to get real piercings there, but her parents would not let her do that before she was 12. I think she was 10 back then.

Thats wonderful girls i love your earrings i was nervous i was 15 but i lost my first pair my earrings are now hoops after 19 years now it was july of 2005 😊 💕 memorys of that day

Hi Dallas and Brooklyn, you guys were so brave. I used to have my ears pierced when I was younger. I love them clothes though. I might. Get them pierced again after singing how brave you guys were. Can’t wait until your next video.❤😊

I’m gonna get my 4th piercing done at Clair’s cause nobody told me to keep them in for a year ? I had all of them done at Walmart. They didn’t tell me showering wasn’t okay or swimming wasn’t and for sure not about the 1 year healing process no wonder mine never healed properly lol. But she looks so cute with earrings in!
Yeah I don’t think we will use the piercing gun anymore because Brooklyn’s ear didn’t do well afterwards. She only has one pierced now.
Going to an actual piercing shop is best
Cute! Earrings are fun. I got my helix and nose done at a tattoo/piercing studio. If you do have issues, I'd recommend having one reputable piercer to contact just in case. 😊

I didn't feel any pain at all but I have a high pain tolerance due to my cp and helth problems lol they did not have lollipops at clairs when I was young ❤

That's funny when I got it done I only had to do cleaning two times a day morning and at night I guess time's have changed since I was a kid I was seven years old when I got it done I am almost 28 now❤
Yeah it does seem like a lot of cleaning
I got tons of shots ivs ect growing up it's actually not that painful but I am used to it due to everything I have gone through growing up with cp and other health problems
