What hydro do you use guys? Does the $70 include water, electricity and heat? Because for all that it’s not possible for $70. Epcor is the only water provider and they charge a lot for water…can you clarify what the 70 is for🤷🏽♀️for water alone it is like a $100 for one person. I am alone and I spend 450 on groceries a month. For my condo it’s one b/r pays 1250 it’s DT and have washer/dryer
In an apartment most times heat and water is included in the rent so you only pay electricity which is around $70 a month.
