I completely and totally understand. I also deal with some of the same mental hurdles. You are correct about the fact you are NOT alone in your feelings! I hope this channel helps you, honors your mom, and helps your viewers tackle another day in this wild world. You got this. I'm proud of you! I was in a bad place last Sept 2019 and have been digging my way back to the surface ever since. I watch funny videos, listen to calming music, I changed my diet and even work out now. Who am I?! At first I thought little small changes weren't going to help. It's not ONE thing that helps all the time, it's cumulative, lots of little things became a HUGE help. I hate change, it's not my forté. I know you are on to something here. Some days I am surprised I get out of bed at all and go to work, but I do it. I beat myself down alot but need to just be proud of myself with how strong I have become and how hard I am trying. I have seen results, I should be happier...and I am working on that too. Recognizing happiness. I used to get angry at other peoples social media and their 'perfect' lives but I have learned to only react to the FACTS. I know now that... It takes a lot of courage to put all your emotions out there. I’m really proud of you. I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety my whole life too, some days I just feel like I can’t go on, I’m just exhausted, but I do, I press on because I know I’m not done yet with this life. Hang in there, I think this is great, we all love you, I hope you know that. ❤️
