Thanks for clearing that up. People need to know the proper rules to follow. Business activites is just checking on things not operating the business. If you are operating and conducting business deals while living in country, 100% should have work permit. Its not rocket science, just follow the rules. The Thai government is creating so many opportunties now, respect the whats given by following the rules.
