- Today we take a look at the duality by saevus labs. A custom TKL keyboard featuring six different mounting types, and a very unique design. Honestly, one of the best boards I have tried this year/

You've outdone yourself. Sorry, not sorry, for creating a board that made you do 25 sound tests in a single video and also has a novel as a lore FAQ.
Some comments/clarifications - For the typing test starting 13:27 the plate is actually aluminum.
For all the tadpoles the hardness used was 50A. And for my comments on the top mounting in relation to the jane top mount, I would like to say I was wrong, and it is not really based on that, the bottom points are slightly different as well, however my sentiments still stands in terms of sound/feel.
The designer also wanted to add that the internal fastening is all thanks to Baion and it is his Baion Bolt system.

Man I wish I had been able to get in on this one, it just looks really good. Especially that black and red one... the GB for this sold out so quick tho. I'm gonna have to cope and go buy a Kage since that board is also pretty sweet and I need a TKL in my life.

Opinion vs KFE CE as an "endgame" TKL?
KFE CE is a very different board imo.
Its a far more traditional design with a very classic top mount sound.
Still, there is nothing wrong with it at all and can easily be compared along other "endgame-y" top mount boards.
It is all about preference in terms of mounting and design

Price is high but still acceptable (look up Blacksimon's review if you want a professionals opinion on the price). And as long as DDS delivers their usual good quality (same manufacturer which made keycult famous in 2019-2020) then it's even better.
But for me it's probably too expensive. Still deliberating to get it for over 3 months...

honestly it is pretty inline with smaller run, super enthusiast centric TKLs that are run by community members. It's only quite recently big chinese manufacturers and brands began offering custom boards at such low cost. The great thing is there is a lot more options for every budget out there nowadays
in my opinion its justifiable with the high quality materials and finishes, low run group buy, as well as the level of detail and inspiration/lore behind the board, leaving this board closer to an art piece than "just a keyboard". but, its a fair point, it is very expensive, and not for everyone

Too expensive, 5yrs ago, sure.
Not everything can be mass produced chinese budget board. This is more in line with an art piece, not taking into account the top tier manufacturer and materials/finishings
5 years ago a custom at this price didn't even have half of these features.

What anti Christ thing. The upside down cross is still St. Peter's Cross and turned only recently in a symbol for the Antichrist. There's like a good and a bad within that symbol. One of the many duality applications

looks ok . Def not worth the price they are charging not in today's market and what you can get for 1/4th the cost. As we go forward the consumers will have more and more buying power even with inflation. The days where anyone could design a decent board and charge super premium prices are slowly fading. You will truly need to bring something new or something better to get a premium if you aren't one of the top designers.

Originality - can you show me a similar board when it comes to mounting methods offered, options, theme, etc.?
Price - I provided a price breakdown for production directly from the manufacturer. If you don't care about all the details such as internal finishings, then you aren't the target market. Just like someone who doesn't care about movement finishings should stick to Tissot v.s. A Lange Sohne.
I think you are missing or ignoring some objective truths about the production and design of the board. All good though.
