Arya is one of my favorite characters and it was great to see her finally return to Winterfell and be reunited with Sansa and Bran. The scene of Arya and Sansa on the battlements of Winterfell was one of my favorites this season. Even though Arya's reunion with Nymeria was short, I still loved seeing them together again. Can't wait for Arya's reunion with Jon in S8 and hopefully she'll also cross paths with Sandor and Gendry.

She only took Arya seriously after her fight with Brianne. She mentioned the list before. Sansa was like ok that’s cute. Then she saw Arya fight and realized she has and can kill people. That’s when she was suddenly interested in the list and took it seriously. And that’s only when she became scared. Like oh fuck I underestimated you. My sister is a killer.

As powerful as Arya's character has been, I think a lot of credit has to go to Maisey Williams. Start from that bubbly, cheerful and ecstatic girl Arya was in S01E01 to the lethal, intelligent, dangerous assassin she has become, Maisey has done 200% justice to that characters. I am just amazed to see her combative and sword skills.
So good that she only needs half of the faceless men's training before she develops super powers in everything including sword play.
Arya's character driven me to watch all GOT season.. 😍😍😍
And given the fact that Maisie had never acted before in her entire life.
I've watched her fight scene with Brienne like 20 times. It's so entertaining

I love that mix of gruffness and protectiveness he is with Arya. I really would have wished for a better ending for him, but then this wasn't the show for happy endings. (Good thing fanfiction can solve that ;) )

In the books Arya regularly wargs into Nymeria.. Nymeria follows Arya with her pack and they more than likely will help out in the wars to come..

Just really feel like Aryas charachracter Is so well developed. Every season she has accomplished new goals, acquired new skills, made new and strong allies, all on her own. She had comrades but every decision she made was her own. Season 8 was like HER season she of all the potential people killed the knight king . Plus got with Gendry.

Like shit! I didn't understand that line until I watched this video. Bravo to the writers for including that line so far down the road and hats off to you for catching it! Video really encompasses the growth in Arya's character. I really love seeing someone achieve their goals after persevering for so long to reach them. Finally it all comes together, I'm so excited for the final season.

@@neeharikasingh4229 it's about the nature of someone. it's not in nymeria's nature to go back home to winterfell. arya understands that, perhaps better than anyone else. she has herself said that "no, that's not me" in the 4th episode of season 1.
Amazing! Arya's one of my favourite characters and so badass, and I loved the Stark family scenes in episode 7! It's so great to see Arya and Sansa working together and looking out for each other.

Arya Stark is probably my favorite character. I love John Snow as well, but I just think Arya is one of those characters who you can really enjoy.

Although honestly, Bran got dreadfully boring once he was the 3 eyes raven. Not so much a character anymore but at best an oracle. (At worst: know-it-all)

The irony is strong in this one...
It wasn't the same knife. I much preferred the Walder Frey kill, it came out of nowhere, much like the assassin she has become. The Little Finger kill was telegraphed (in my opinion) by over playing the conflict between Arya and Sansa. But I enjoyed it all the same, it was long overdue.

I think that scene was a set up. I think Bran already told Arya what happened, but she needed Sansa to be genuinely worried hence the "threat" she made to her. Baelish fell for it.
Bran gave me valyarian dagger to Arya so that she can kill The Night king. Bran is 3 eyed raven: past,present and future. He knew.

Okay, I finished it. Now it's time to re-watch it again... and again... and again. This video is amazing and you did a marvelous job. I loved everything about it but if I had to pick one scene that really stood out to me was when Sansa asks Arya how she got back to Winterfell and Arya replies with 'It's a long story.' and then it cuts to fast paced flashbacks of her journey whilst we hear her whisper in the background 'Valar Morghulis'. That was truly phenomenal. Good job!

Would you believe I watched GOT because of videos like this? Initially I did not want to watch it because it seemed so violent. When I saw a few videos of Aria, I wanted to know, why is this little girl killing so many people. What I love about Arya is her focus, protect the Stark Name, and avenge those who discredit it in any way. Just shows what a person can be capable of why they have a single consuming focus. I feel Arya say "Not today" should be trademarked (smile).
Arya is so cool! She can survive by herself and she can protect herself from anyone.

Arya is hands down my favorite character and you have done such an amazing tribute to her strength and growth here. The patient, superb character building of GOT is probably best represented by Arya's development from cheeky child into warrior womanhood, skilful collection of her scenes portrays deep complexities, perhaps beyond the writers understanding, maybe why they sent her into the unknown.

it's amazing. I have tears in my eyes watching this. i especially love how Arya went from an extremely passionate and expressive little girl to a stoic and cold young woman. I still love her... as a character.... but I miss that little girl who could never fake her emotions

I really loved that you show the scene where Jon read the letter about Arya and Bran arriving at Winterfell. You showed the strongest connection among the Starks siblings. I wanna cry.
I love how all the characters evolved in this series. Bran was the best choice as a king. Never saw that coming.
