OMG. I have been looking all over for a way to do this on my daughter's EOS. So glad I am across this. And yes, this has happened to both the driver and passenger as well. Thanks so much!
I have this same problem with my 2009 EOS and was wondering how best to fix it. My God, you are such an artist. This is an amazing piece of work. I have all the tools, now I just need the gumption to do it. Thanks for sharing.
Just got my 2008 EOS 2.0...I have exactly the same problem on both passenger and driver side, I would love you to do mine...I'm in the UK, and willing to drive to you...I'll send you my personal details for a quote...Thanks in advance. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I just put a little super glue under the areas that had come away and smoothed it down with a cloth as neatly as I could. Wasn’t perfect but only took a few minutes and the imperfections weren’t really noticeable.

That will not work for very long. Super glue will not stick to vinyl for very long.
What a nice job
Thanks

How is it holding up after repair? Looks amazing! I have this problem too. No one will fix it for me!
I assume that it is still ok, i haven't heard otherwise from the customer
What glue did you use ?
high heat contact adhesive
How did you reattach the two halves of the door card?
With short button head screws

nice job but I'm gonna just use some vinyl epoxy.
Go for it!
Excellent work. Would have been nice to show the reattachment of the two pieces though. But great work nonetheless!
Next time
Looks great, but complicated job 🤦
