    Also, when giving me a pointless fact in the comments, I'd greatly appreciate it if, in some cases, you provide more proof of your claims. I've seen some comments with VERY interesting claims, but when I tested it, they didn't seem to be true. It's different if you write the comment as a question, but if you claim something to be true, and I'm not able to get it in testing, I'm left thinking I'm doing something wrong, but don't have enough info to test further. And, of course, I try to read EVERY single comment I get, so if something seems interesting to me, chances are I'll test it out.
    Regardless, though, I greatly appreciate you all for sending me your questions or facts, you're primarily what drives this series, after all. And my DMs on Twitter are always open, and though it may take me a little bit to respond, I'll always see your PMs and try to respond

    Audio quality is a little lower than normal since I had to record on campus. If you have any other facts you wanna share, comment them anywhere! I'll add them to my collection
    EDIT: I think I was mistaken when I said turning on staling activates the 1v1 multiplier. It seems it just allows the "freshness" bonus to take place instead, so my bad! And ye, I know the banjo rapid jab thing is definitely not true, but I needed it for the sick transition lol

      Does shulks damage Monado take more damage in poison when active?
      Better yet, there is a spirit that heals shulk in poison, instead of hurting him. Does he heal more with damage Monado active?

      Cutscene final smashes can kill in stamina if an opponent hits the person trapped and the other person with the final smash will slash at air

      If you place Pac's hydrant on a conveyor, the top of the hydrant wil act as a conveyor (tested on Mario Maker stage)

      Here's a Smash glitch: If you play as Snake on the Duck Hunt stage on Battlefield or Omega, the Final Smash won't work.

    if you're grinding for hocus pocus, use magic burst or other expensive spells to go low on mp. it makes hocus pocus appear more likely.

    If someone is caught in a deoxis hyper beam and pit uses his final smash, the beam will stay active and they will continue to take damage until the move ends.

    Fun fact: Wario's waft distance scales with his size, so if he's on small special smash with a poison mushroom, he's likely to die off the top blast zone pretty easily while on giant smash, he'll travel virtually no distance.

    Another pointless fact about Hero: Head to the test room where you set up your spirit team. Switch your fighter to Hero (of course) and try to use kamikazee. You will notice that Hero won't SD but will still give off that glow and damage dealt to the sandbag.

    Random Fact: When you pick up a rolling crate, items, pokeballs, assist trophies, and other fighters can be tossed on it without breaking the crate. To do so, go into training and get something like a hothead or any Pokémon that doesn’t move and a rolling crate. Using DK or Jigglypuff’s unique grab animation, toss the item up and immediately pick up the rolling crate. If done correctly, the item you tossed will be on the crate, making for interesting results.

      Also, rolling crates are capable of carrying final smash users (sometimes to their death!) during use. I have mostly observed this in Smash 4, but if memory serves me right, I have seen it happen once or twice in Ultimate.

    I have a fact! Incineroar will lose the revenge fur effect if he has any ink on him! I think this is because the texture for revenge and the texture for ink on incineroar are different and there is no texture for inked revenge. This makes it look like incineroar loses revenge when getting hit with any type of ink.

    5:15 I know I’m a couple days late, but you CAN die before a final smash’s cutscene is over, or at least Sheik’s (the only one I could think to test)
    If the person is holding a bomb (I suggest Toon Links’s, since his explode fast) and is at low enough stamina where the bomb can kill, then they can die before the cutscene is over. In Sheiks case, she cancels out her animation very quickly.

    Joker's up B without arsene does decrease the hook range when he's small, making it harder to recover

      That is because it's not an item or projectile but rather part of Joker him self.

      @@ZX_STH I think it would be more apt to say that it's because it isn't a momentum boost for Joker, unlike most Up Specials, but rather him extending his ledge grab box (if that makes sense). Momentum isn't affected by your size, but collision boxes certainly are. I'm guessing every tether recovery is shorter when you're mini.

    Did you know: setting joker's % to 999 in training will give him arsene, or vice versa if he already has arsene

      Not really pointless since it's basically the most consistent way to get Arsen in training if you ever want to test anything with Arsen active. Technically any time Joker takes more than a specific amount of damage (I don't remember the number off the top of my head) he'll get or lose Arsen immediately but 999% is the easiest to get to in training.

    Since Dark Pit’s final smash has a similar pause effect to a critical hit, Banjo and Kazooie would lose all momentum that would be applied when Wonder Wing is active, thus causing him to stop.
    So Dark Pit can technically stop Wonder Wing, but it’s mostly because of stopped momentum

    How to break the 0.1% Stamina Final Smash -
    Get one character that has a multi attack final smash (Sheik, Mii Brawler, ect). I chose mii Brawler. Now, get someone on Mii Brawlers team and let the Third character on a seperate team. (Required 5 stock, 10 HP, 2 people on Red Team, 1 on Blue)
    Wait for the smash ball to appear. Best to take a few stocks so it will appear quicker.
    Now give the smash ball to Mii Brawler, then use it on the person on the other team. Then get Mii Brawlers teammate to attack the person trapped in the final smash. He will die and mii brawler will attack nothing until the final smash ends. Your Welcome...

    (1:00) That "reason" to why you can't see ink but the special effects, is because the model itself gets inked, and the special effects are added separately to the model. It's really easy to just turn the model invisible; but much more complicated to just turn certain parts of the model invisible. It is possible, but probably too much work for something that is used so rarely. - It takes time and effort making every interaction work, after all.

      This invulnerability also ceases to occur during the last 5 seconds of a round. It's still there during Sudden Death for some reason tho

      I found that out the hard way. I was playing on a custom stage that had wind blowing up to the top with a platform near the bottom blastzone. I broke my shield and was unable to do anything, just watch my character spin endlessly.

    I've noticed that while using Hero, if you do the side B move. It does an effect like pikachu's down b. But the enemy has to be on top when it's done. Love your videos btw!!!

    Here's a visual glitch I noticed when I was playing with a friend today, we were playing echo vs original fighters and it ended up Pit vs Dark Pit. At one point I was spamming dark pits neutral special and I got hit just as I let go of the B button, then whilst I was in hitstun Dark Pit had a weird-looking version of the arrow still in his hand.

    I was just playing around with Ridley when something crazy happened. The piranha plant I was playing against used his side-b on the same frame (or another small amount of frames) as I used Ridley's skewer on him, and the Ridley's zoom in animation canceled out, but the sound effects didn't cancel.
    I'm not sure what causes this, but if you could test it out and possibly put it in a video, that would be amazing!! I love your vids!

    Ken's leg during his up-throw is a strong hitbox. If you throw someone up into a low ceiling on a map like Luigi's Mansion or Mementos, it does like 28% and kills at around 100%.

    Training stage visual glitch:
    Just like I'm Smash for if Ness uses PSI magnet on a beam of energy like on the great Fox the game would go through a glitch. In Smash ultimate it results in a visual glitch but can no longer be used on the great Fox.
    Step 1: place ness/lucas in the far right blast zone and hold psi magnet.
    Step 2: spawn staff item.
    Step 3: fire staff item using second character under the first floating platform near center of the stage.
    NOTE: play around with the exact spacing but the staff beam must be released to its maximum distance and Ness or Lucas must be in the Blast Zone for this to work.
    Result: you will see a long red beam extending throughout the stage. It should stay until you reset the stage but if Ness/Lucas touch the beam in a specific way it will be absorbed.
    Note: This can be duplicated on the wiiFit stage and can be stacked.

    Size does affect the scale of throws that send you high in the air, e.g Kirby and Meta Knight, but this usually only helps if you combine it with a gooey bomb, allowing to kill from the top of the training stage if timed right.

    On Pokemon Stadium (I don't remember which one, but it's the one with the rock/forest transformation with the big plateau that everyone camps the left side of), if you get launched at a certain angle towards the large rock on the left, your angle will change from around a 30 degree angle to almost perfectly horizontal.

    Speaking of size changes: if you shrink Ryu or Ken, their backwards walking is sped up (and it slows down when they grow)

    If you’re in the insanely rare situation where you grab a character as somebody who has an up throw that takes you both up and down like K. Rool, Kirby, R.O.B, and etc and you use up throw just as the ground beneath you goes away you’ll continue to take both of you down into the blastzone or whatever ground is beneath you. Like if you’re on a custom stage with a lot of moving parts.

    Hero fact:
    In the golden plains stage you normally can't spawn big mushrooms, however Hocus Pocus' effect that makes Hero big will still work on that stage. Additionally, the same applies to the reverse lightning effect, which makes you even bigger than what a big mushroom would do.

    2 things
    1. You can counter Pac-Man's hydrant. You have to be standing right next to it though and it doesn't work if you stand on top of it.
    2. If you have Hero as p1 and use fox/falco/wolf's special taunt on lylat the dialogue box will cover hero's command select

    (Don't know if this is really a glitch but maybe it is)
    So with banjo go to a stage with a flat edge (omega stage for simplicity) then pick banjo for you and a mii for the cpu or a person go to a match then push the mii to the edge and throw or side smash them of the stage then stand a bit further away from the edge then rapid jab after a few times the mii will get back on the stage and since i think banjos hit box when doing a rapid jab is bigger than it's supposed to be the mii will get stuck and then banjo will slowly slide backwards with the mii sliding to and since this is still a rapid jab you can get 200+ combo with this hopefully this was simple enough

    I loooved that my fact got in and that size change from WFT was exactly what I meant but I just realised that the red dot itself doesn't change in size when using a mini mushroom. I tested this in special smash and the characters set on small and when I used WFT's down special her entire body was a red dot and I presume the same goes for when you go big and the dot gets smaller (hitbox still changes like in the video). Sooo apparentally there is a difference and I wonder if there are any other size changing (or other) differences between items and special smash.

    Here's something interesting: Bayonetta's Witch Time when countering a projectile turns it into her projectile. It acts similar to a reflector, however some projectiles like Snake's side special or PK Thunder can still be controlled by the user unlike most reflectors. Weirdly enough, if for instance, Snake's side special gets countered, he can guide the missile and hit himself with it.
    Additional fact: Upon countering a projectile with Witch Time, the projectile will damage the opponent's teammate if they're close to the projectile. It's best to see it with team attack off with Hero, Bayonetta, and another fighter. Set Hero and the fighter in one team and Bayonetta on the other. Have the extra fighter on high percentage ( enough for Thwack/Wack to kill). Have Bayonetta counter the move while next to the other fighter and it will insta-kill them.

      go to training mode, hit someone and note how much damage that does, then spawn 2 CPUs and do the same, it'll demonstrate the 1v1 multiplier. Then do the same with staling moves turned on, bam, you do more damage, it's the freshness multiplier.

    If i remember correctly, you can preform a cut scene final smash woth no character there if you hit them with the move after they lose all their health on their last stock before they blow up. The game basically gives a little bit of time you can beat up on their body.

    Fun fact: if wolf uses his finale smash on fox he'll have different dialogue and same goes for fox using his smash on wolf, not sure if this has been mentioned but it's just a thing i noticed while playing with friends

    If someones in a final smash, can they be frozen? (for example sheik has her final shmash. shawdow is active. IN the fial smash shaw freezes time.) can this work?

    For shadow's freezing effect, i actually found that out in the first few days the game came out. I was playing with a friend qnd got frozen when i used Mario's cape. They tried to kill me with a bullet bill, but just got reflected instead.

    There's an exception with Final Smashes that do not stop time, so long as you have one other player that is not caught in the attack. If you hit a player in the move who is about to die, they WILL lose their stock before the finisher. I learned that on certain stages like Kongo Falls, Final Smashes like Cloud's omnislash will finish with an SD if this happens, as it depends on the player caught in the move to hit the right side rock.

    Quick thing about size shifting: Duck Hunt's smash attacks look really weird when he uses a spirit to start the match giant; the explosion effects stop matching the size of the hitboxes and reticles. Fortunately, this is purely visual and the actual attack sizes are correct, they just look wrong.
    Also, you probably already know this, but scaling counter-attack damage is completely screwed up in spirits mode. Counter-attacks actually get reduced TWICE in ways they shouldn't; the counter-damage is based on the incoming damage (which is reduced by YOUR spirit) and then it hits the opponent and is reduced again by THEIR spirit. This effect is so pronounced that, if you have a level 99 Perfectly Safe Capsule equipped to both Roy and Ganondorf, counter-attacking Warlock Punch will do less than 2% damage.

    I think the reason that dark Pit can hit banjo out of wonderwing because of the stun hitbox right before it. The stun would stop wonderwings invincibiltly and knock him back before the actual hitbox flys in

    What happens if you attack an opponent with a downwards angle move when they’re above the blast line. (For example, will a move like ganons down air kill off the top even if it sends you downwards?) because it will send you in an area that’s above the blast line

    A little useless glitch
    Pick sonic and any other character
    Use homing attack
    While sonic is charging the homing attack use the reductor thunder
    He will get stuck as long as you charge the homing attack

    1. Yes you can. In the comment on that video we had that guy say you couldn't and another guy say that you can because he's done it alot. He said when it comes to stuff like this the common stuff is super rare for him but the rare stuff is like common to him. His example was in Warframe he still hasn't gotten some basic stuff from an early boss but much later on he got all of some of the rarest junk in the game and made a really rare mech a ma thingy. I don't know what any of that stuff is called. It's probably a Warframe that he made, but I don't know the other stuff.

    i may have an explanation for the banjo wonderwing against pit's final smash:
    first off, banjo's wonderwing makes his entire body invincible, apart from a hurtbox in front of him created by kazooie (this is why you're able to grab him out of it)
    and dark pit's final smash isn't a regular hitbox, it's hitscan
    although link's is the same final smash, it's a hitbox in not hitscan which is why dark pit's final smash goes through walls while link's doesn't (also link's is just worse in every way)
    so i think the reason it hits banjo is because the hitscan collides with the kazooie hurtbox i mentioned earlier. i don't have an answer as to why it doesn't do damage though.

    If you attack in or use any final smash which gets them to at least 0%, you have to have it exactly 0.7 but it needs to be a strong attack, you can have the death screen play, however, the enemy doesn’t die.

    I did the witch time thing by not having them at high percent and also only starting with one. I had one and then switched to 2 during the witch time and it worked.

    Luigi's Final Smash doesn't retain you at 0,1 HP until the last hit. Once you reach 0 HP, you just fall to the ground.

    The reason Dark Pit's FS hits Banjo out of Wonderwing is likely due to the activation box it has on startup that stuns your opponent, a property which Link's Ancient Arrow doesn't share. This is most likely a dev oversight, as they may not have ever considered the interaction between Wondering and DP Staff but idk.

    Gotta point this out since apparently nobody else did. Inkling's ink doesn't appear on invisible opponents, because it's applied directly to the model (which is rendered invisible). However, the effects from things like Oomph and Psyche Up are particles tied to Hero's model, but not exactly applied onto it. That's why the effect of Oomph is visible, but the ink isn't. (I think.)

    I don't know the circumstances under which Dan Demolition pulled that FS meter Hocus Pocus. However, it is possible that they mistakenly thought it was an effect after getting hocus pocus with meter almost full and getting an effect that did a little bit of self-damage or damage to an opponent. Something low enough to not be noticed, but still triggering FS meter.

    I think the reason dark pits final smash knocks you out of Wonder wing is because it's not a projectile it's just one long hitbox so it hits you from behind as well
