I remember my first time coming for greener pasture & I spent like a year not active on social media but the day I came back actively online.....😔😔I started comparing myself to my friends who where enjoying life going to beaches, parting & their statuses where making me running mad 🙄🙄. I was like why am I suffering abroad yet my age mates are doing so good at home. But when I went back home during my vacation 🤦♀️everyone was appreciating my hard work & the friends which I was comparing myself with it was a different story with their financial statuses🤔yet I was always checking their social media stories showing they are enjoying & they where showing they are doing great!!! After my vaccination coming back to work I totally closed that chapter of checking people's social media stories & statuses all the time, right now am in my own world 🥰 some of my friends are complaining that am boring I realy post, check their watsup statuses but my secret is that "I stopped comparing myself to people"
