Hopefully you get it! I think most people will get it next year because it’s getting to the point where almost everyone has gone. What is your number one choice?

Guess what? I passed the interview and background check as Ticket Agent with airline. And I was noticed to prepare a training in Jan 2024. Could you please give me an advice how to prepare and pass the training session? Thank you

@@TheBohemianTraveler thank you! Before I applied this job, I watched your videos. You really helped me a lot. Especially the video “ if you rejected by airline, don’t give up”. It built my confidence. I went to interview and won! Thank you 😊

How did they decide who went to the conference?

It was a lottery. Everyone gets to go. It just depends on when your name gets picked.

Hey there! Once again I want to thank you for all your help! I am now with SWA for almost 5 months! One more month and I am off probation!
I am curious how your Delta seasonal work is going?
I heard that if you are working seasonal, and if they offer you a permanent position and if you refuse, you lose your benefits for flights is that true ?
And if you’re seasonal, I assume you work you’re 180 hours and you keep your flight benefits for the rest of the year until the following season ?
Are you also allowed to fly with other airlines or just Delta?
Can you keep a seasonal job for 10 years with them for instance ?
And if they offer you a full-time position, is it OK to reject it and continue to work seasonal without any consequences or privileges being taken away?
That’s a lot to handle and once again, I appreciate all your knowledge you’ve been extremely helpful with my career in the airline

Congrats on Southwest! I think the only way you would have to accept a full-time position and leave seasonal, is if they eliminate the seasonal position altogether. They don’t come to us with job offers. You apply for them. So there have been seasonals at my station apply for full-time, and according to seniority, they got it. But people like me that would like to stay seasonal, will remain that way. yes you can stay seasonal as long as they continue the seasonal program. There are many people that have stayed seasonal over 10 years.
