To clarify what Peach did: she managed to pull the stitchhead out of the ground, and then rapidly threw it, grabbed it, and threw it again in rapid succession. With stitchhead's power, this is the result.

@omni3742 a frame is the time it takes for a new immage to appear onscreen so the animation changes every frame 1 frame for SSBB=1/60 of a second and it was a 39.5er
@LocalCnutSack TAS is not a brawl term, it's general terms meaning that the user played the game on emulator, frame-by-frame or in very slow motion. The user is also able to re-record any frame so that he doesn't have to start all over if he's not satisfied with a part of his run, he can just go back a few frames or a few seconds by will.
@Kyuutoryuu tas is just to show whats the best possible or really close to it. 99% of the non-tased records can be improved so its nice to know that this is possible when done perfectly. or we might have to wait until 2050 to see this done for real but then bearly anybody would care for this game anymore.
@xWolf073x this is the maximum distance for a move finisher ... marths fs is weak @ higher percentages ... a fs @ 350 is as good as 999 with size *100 ... the only way to get more is to change the bag into an item, make you chara bigger (like 200/300 times) and throw the item ...
@mariabreeze 1st of all its tas so everything it perfect, second of all, he spams bat drops (bds) that use 1 frame to to. Using peaches grampa turnip which does 30% odd damage with a single drop, and doing 10 odd drops at a time then stopping it going with peach's slap, you get the idea :D

@RobFireburn there isn't one. it quite diffecult to explain why i know RGP is strong: pk flash was considered the 3rth strongest move at 999% and shopuyo's movie shows that at 500% reverse giant punch beats pkflash of 510%(jim and gen ness iceclimbers movie.) and my own chari dk movie proves it was weaker at rgp 428% so thats why i know it is stronger.

I heard somewhere that the % meter actually registers numbers higher than 999 for knockback, but it just doesn't display any numbers higher than 999%

I calculated it took approximatly 500 seconds, that is more than 8 minutes, for the sandbag to land.
