Went on Amazon bought a 20$ headlamp, it arrived and I took out everything inside the lamp and went to Walmart, I got an led flashlight and took it apart then I got ductape and taped it to the headlamp. I got the akiline battery and placed it next to the circuit board and taped it, I got a USB cable and connected it then I put the headlamp together and it worked, No soldering No over complicated technics just some simple tips, make sure to get a flat facing flashlight!

@@BK42Cycles It's coming along, I stripped all the powder coating off because I didn't like the color. I am going to either go Tuxedo Black & White or Grafite Grey & Red. I bought a new fork with thicker fork tubes from ruff cycles, I believe the same fork as yours. I bought a new front hub 100mm and a narrower wheel. 28"x65mm 24"x100mm for rear and white wall tires. I was going to ask. Do you think you can make another set of springer fork parts and sell them to me? I tried to design some but I'm just not as good at it. I'm better at working with raw metal and welding not cad lol

Replace the aliexpress led light for a real Kaidomain XHP 70 second generations led = 4000 lumen. Don't forget to Install a laptop fan inside the motorlight housing for cooling. As 4000 lumens generates a lots of heat. Adding a good heatsink on the High power LED is a must. This will be a superb modification of your light. Use external battery packs.
