Have you ever visited a restaurant that offers house special lobster, and when you see the price, you're immediately hesitant to pull the trigger on the order? It's usually $28 to $40 dollars a lb depending on the restaurant. They also charge you extra for the garlic noodles! For today's video, I took a trip to the Vietnamese supermarket and purchased my own lobsters ($12 Lb) for the purpose of making House Special Lobster with garlic noodles.
