🎵🎹 One Of My Most Favorite Songs, and Why!

Mercy Came Running a song by Phillips, Craig, and Dean is one of my most favorite songs. It ministers to me every time I hear it, and I can not help but picture Jesus running towards me in full sprint, trying to get to me, because of my messy situations I am unable to get to Him. He sees me going down under the weight of my sins and is running straight towards me as fast as HE can, knocking things out of the way, jumping over obstacles with his only intention being to cover me with Mercy before I'm overcome by the Judgement I deserve.
That thought fills me with both strength and gratitude daily.
