True. I have never given such task in my childhood instead I was told how I was, and got beaten up and was told to come first in examination. The last point is what I am still suffering with. I try not to compete with my friends but my habits(core habits) make me do that and I realise all that much later when I again come into low phase.

So that's what they teach in a Jewish classroom. The important lessons on gratitude and other people and relationships that I never got in my maths tutorials or my Mandarin classes. But I'm grateful for the fact that even though I missed out the first time, it's never too late to get catch up lessons now. And I'm grateful for the maths classes and for my Mandarin classes and my violin 🎻 classes and my piano classes and my art classes and all these other things, even though it was painful at the time. I'm grateful I got through them, even though those many hours of practice seems to have just contributed to a hobby that I might never be able to show the world. I am most grateful that I have GOD in my life, and that He has helped me over many rocky places. I would not be here today if not for my faith. I know that the Jewish faith does not acknowledge Jesus as the Messiah, but I believe He is and that I will be in heaven for eternity when that time comes because He suffered and died for my many sins and I accepted that truth. As a teacher from the beginning of my career, I feel this really strong. Teachers are so very important, and to see each child is more important than ever before.

I did had a teacher like her.. she was soooo luving,understanding,genuine and soft spoken very talented and very much of a beautiful soul inside out.. she used to help everyone and become frank with everyone.. everybody was comfortable around her.. but everybody didn't luvd her cuz everybody is not good enough to appreciate her efforts towards everyone..

So that's what they teach in a Jewish classroom. The important lessons on gratitude and other people and relationships that I never got in my maths tutorials or my Mandarin classes.
But I'm grateful for the fact that even though I missed out the first time, it's never too late to get catch up lessons now.
And I'm grateful for the maths classes and for my Mandarin classes and my violin 🎻 classes and my piano classes and my art classes and all these other things, even though it was painful at the time.
I'm grateful I got through them, even though those many hours of practice seems to have just contributed to a hobby that I might never be able to show the world.
I'm grateful for a childhood where I got a lot of opportunities to do stuff lots of others didn't get to do, even though most of what I learnt doesn't really help me at work.
I'm grateful for having experienced life in China and in Germany and in New Zealand, and having traveled abroad to the States and to Canada and to various Pacific Islands and to Japan and made road trips to lots of cities in Europe, even though it's left me feeling very disorientated and it makes me feel like it's hard to relate to others. Well, more specifically, I can sort of relate to them, but they can't do it back so well.
I'm grateful, but I want to be more grateful. I don't feel like I'm living up to my full potential. But I'm grateful I've got a potential to live up to.
I'm not happy with the direction the world is going, but I am grateful that we can still exist and even though there is conflict, I'm grateful that war isn't that norm yet. And even though people argue and fight, I'm grateful that not every human interaction is either an argument or a fight.
And even though there is still sickness and pain and death and suffering and loss and grief in the world, I'm grateful that people can and do help each other in these times.
I am grateful that I alive today, that I have eyes to see, tongue to taste, ears to listen to music of life, nose to sense the auras in the world, skin to feel, hands to create magic, legs to support me, healthy stomach that allows me to eat magical food, clothes to wear, all the direct and indirect money I have been given throughout my life, thank you for my parents, grandparents, siblings, cousins, friends, girlfriend, people, everyone is a part of me and I will treat everyone with as much respect, thank you for I have a place to live in, thank you for all the comforts and luxuries of life. Thank you for I am here and now, free of ailments, free of judgements, free of suffering. Thank you Universe, thank you thank you thank you.
Nice video... some days it is hard to remember all we are blessed with. I am aging now, so life takes on a new meaning. I am most grateful that I have GOD in my life, and that He has helped me over many rocky places. I would not be here today if not for my faith. I know that the Jewish faith does not acknowledge Jesus as the Messiah, but I believe He is and that I will be in heaven for eternity when that time comes because He suffered and died for my many sins and I accepted that truth. I hurt for so many millions who do not have any faith to help them. They search for someone to be there in their need, but there is no one. I hope and pray for all to find their way to GOD.
