There is so much to learn from the movie, even if it is a fairy tale it uses dozens of metaphors and has a strong message. One is undoubtedly nature and the environment which we don't care about nowadays. The other is relationships, power, and many more. It is definitely a must-watch movie, I felt so refreshed and full life after the movie. Also, there is a need to mention that the film stands out with its cinematography; it merely was brilliantly well done. Good job!

It's unfortunate that the trailer spoiled most plot information... most importantly, Michell Pfeiffer being the actual evil (alright, that's cliché) and there being more of Maleficent's kind.
So? There is still much to learn, plus the most important thing is journey (aka story) not the end result (aka finale)

I mean, if you're familiar with the original Perrault version of sleeping beauty, then you know that Michelle Pfeiffer's character (Prince Phillip's mother) is an ogress. Until I see the movie, I am working under the assumption that Maleficent recognizes her as a threat from the start, but is too, well, Maleficent to explain it to Aurora, who seems like she's blinded by love anyway, and immediately goes on the attack to protect her.
I have a feeling that the real villain here is the queen

I think it might be a reverse of the first movie. A mothers love saved Aurora, and now a daughters love has to save Maleficent from her innate darkness
I disagree, it likely will have a similar ending to the origional Sleeping Beauty because Disney can't stray too far from the real story

Araura's birth mother will turn into the White Queen Witch from Snow White, and the end will be a showdown between the 2 Witches. The Princes kiss didn't work on Aruara because Snow White is his real True Love and he'll wake her up in a future movie. Aruara's real True Love is Meleficents pet raven who will get turned back into a human again. This will be the movie where we finally get to see Meleficent turn into the big iconic black and purple dragon, and the new Prince/former pet raven will be the one who slays her because only he knows how. Araura will end up marrying the raven instead of Prince Phillip. Araura's father the King will die, setting up the White Queen Witch to be alone in the upcoming Snow White movie. Snow White has already been born but the White Queens mirror hasn't told her about Snow White yet.
That's what I would do if I was Disney.

There is so much to learn from the movie, even if it is a fairy tale it uses dozens of metaphors and has a strong message. One is undoubtedly nature and the environment which we don't care about nowadays. The other is relationships, power, and many more. It is definitely a must-watch movie, I felt so refreshed and full life after the movie. Also, there is a need to mention that the film stands out with its cinematography; it merely was brilliantly well done. Good job!
