@@bluey9849 It is more accessible and more organic, but it does not mean that it is better in the musical and lyrical aspect, that is where Ok Computer surpasses it.
OK Computer is the best Radiohead album and the best 90s album. It’s my favorite album of all time alongside the White Album by the Beatles. Every song is great.
fitter happier is my favourite track from ok computer when we compare the rest of the album. It just connects everything in a beautiful and melancholic way. That transition between fitter happier and eleectioneering (and then climbing up the walls) It just makes me feel something, I don't know... A masterpiece!
Great video as usual dude! You gotta hear Mezzanine by Massive Attack if you haven’t already (and maybe make a video on it… 😉), it’s easily in the top 5 best of the 90’s (probably my personal favourite). It literally sounds like the future, if it came out tomorrow it’d still sound completely new and unique, the production on it is so full and rich with unique sounds and textures, how it came out when it did is genuinely mind blowing and the fact that nothing that has come out since sounds even remotely like it is also a testament to how godly it is.
@@AntonioRunaway ah sweet! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it dude :D (oh also, I forgot to mention, the siren sound at the end of Karma Police is believe it or not actually just a guitar going through a delay pedal with them just messing with the rate of it)
what I've understood from the lyrics of No Surprises is that it is a suicidal song. when thom says "a handshake with carbon monoxide" he wants to commit suicide by inhaling carbon monoxide, which is poisonous. and when he said "My final bellyache" when someone inhale carbon monoxide they feel abdominal pain (bellyache) before passing away. when I understood it that way it felt extremely depressing, even more than before.
The guitar riff on Let Down is pretty complicated in the sense that it is in 5/4 while the rest of the band is in 4/4. But yeah, other than that the guitar riff is pretty simple. Nice video :)
It is among the best albums from the 90s but it is pretty hard to argue against Nirvana's Nevermind. It changed the entire landscape of the music industry. While OK Computer was extremely popular in the UK and Ireland. The reality is the US market is far more important and the success there was only a drop in the bucket compared to Nevermind.
@@AntonioRunaway in know It's a Basic choice but "in the aeoroplane over the sea" is my favorite one and i won't gonna lie but in my opinion every song on it is a 10/10

In rainbows is better
I'LL THINK ABOUT IT
And then they dropped an even better more innovative and ground breaking album at the turn of the century
Radiohead are goats

@@jorgekech acting as if musics objective lol
Eh, not really too ground breaking as a lot of the electronic and IDM influences were already established and known well before Kid A

Download music videos and have em in a folder, and then as i edit download pictures
Why do some of the best albums ever made come from people who just survived car crashes?
LMAO
People get a sort of clarity after being near death

Yeah, it is a song ab suicide
What makes OK Computer so good is the fact it holds more relevance today than it did in 1997.
True!
Thought we wouldn't notice that Quadeca outro did ya😏

In Utero is better
Than nevermind no than OK computer
It isn't my favorite album from the 90's and i consider it only in their top 3 but i can see where you're coming from
