- Drachen’s Revenge is a NoLimits 2 concept for a Rocky Mountain Construction (RMC) Hyper Hybrid roller coaster at Busch Gardens Williamsburg in Williamsburg, VA. Ever since the proposed 220 foot height waiver was leaked, there has been immense speculation on what exactly Busch Gardens Williamsburg could be adding on the former site of the infamous Drachen Fire Arrow Looping coaster, which had sat vacant for decades. With the success of Iron Gwazi at BGW’s sister park in Tampa, this concept is a take on the same ride model being added as BGW’s next big investment following DarKoaster in 2023. Hope you enjoy!

This coaster needs to be built! It needs to be named “Rache des Drachen”, which is “Dragon’s Revenge” in German ad also sounds fabulous with the two “ch” in it.
Or just Drachen Rache, but I believe that is grammatically incorrect.

If this was build this would make BGW have one of the strongest coaster line-ups in the United States. A B&M Dive, Inverted, and Hypercoaster. A Family GCI and skyrocket II. Two Intamin multi-launches. Plus Verbolten and Loch Ness.
Drachen Fire is a badass name. I’d just name the new coaster that.

This would be an amazing and much needed addition to the park. Def needs to incorporate a drop or portion of the ride skirting along the Rhine for sure but this layout is an overall homerun in my book. Attendance will for sure grow with a ride like this. To include myself going.

Love the work on this ! BGT is my home park and I’d be jealous but when one Busch park gets better the other does . I just hope if Kumba goes we get that Giga that’s rumored to pair with something like this
It's my home park too. They need to do something with that awful Phoenix ride that has been SBNO for what seems like a decade now! I'm still waiting for the new Screamin' Swing ride to open next year. And what's going on with Falcon's Fury? It has been out of commission for months now and nobody is saying why. I have a feeling that it may have to do with the big dude that fell out of that new drop tower in Orlando earlier this year, even though they're made by different manufacturers.
@@detroitdiezel7856 I think intiman is just being extra careful but I did think it would be reopened by now . Yeah I’d love if they removed Phoenix and Cheetah Chase in favor for a dark ride because we definitely need it

Great concept! I love it. Just wish the off-ride wasn’t so laggy, but it’s not your fault you don’t have the best hardware ever. That’s me being nit picky, this is truly an amazing concept! You got my subscription that’s for damn sure

Bringing a coaster back to that section of the park and not naming it after Drachen Fire is a huge mistake. They have to theme the ride as a sequel to DF in some way. That ride was legendary.
It’s good, and pretty smooth, just use fewer roll nodes and maybe more strict 0 degree nodes. It’s a little wobbly after the inversions.

Dear lord. BGW already has two hypers. And Alpengeist and Pantheon are both very close to joining them. Another hyper? Busch Gardens Williamsburg would be up there with Cedar Point SFGAdv and SFMM

There's a proposal for a 224ft coaster going where Drachen Fire was. Height data and spacing point to a b&m dive (highly unlikely) an S&S hyper or a RMC. RMC is the most likely candidate given how the sister parks operate. With additional land being cleared as we speak whatever it is will be huge.

Not trying to create unnecessary rumor mill gossip, However. A 2025 opening of a 345' tall gigacoaster was a conversation heard at the park yesterday. Was it from a reliable source, Don't know. One thing I will look at for facts surrounding this rumor is the temporary closure of the train in the fall of 2023 for construction start. Eyes open!
