So, IN CASE you didn’t know, I just got done with my cardiologist appointment on Friday, awright????? And, he “cleared” me not to worry about 4-month appointments, but have an appointment in NINE months….
THIS LOOKS SOOOOO GOOD THAT I’M GONNA BE BACK TO THE DOCTOR’S EVERY *TWO* MONTHS!!!!!!
So, QUESTION:
I *WOULD* have to “finish off” in a conventional oven… can we get the temp and time, given we get the product to the point you put it in the pizza oven (not storing in fridge until baking as if saving for later time, of course)…
And marscapone is probably nowhere available in Amish PA (Lancaster)… I know you said cream cheese as second choice; but, what about ricotta cheese?? Not a fan of cream cheese… or are they basically same in texture/taste?
Another “alternative use” for the griddle surface making that cheese sauce (a beschamel sauce?)…YAY!!!!

350 until bubbly and top is crispy crunchy….. from probably only need ten minutes right from that point.

I agree … *CHEESE* one of the greatest “gifts” we have… you’re Italian, I’m Dutch (second gen)… BOTH our heritage countries have long cheese history!! Yummy!!
